This Amazon location is located on the UCF campus and I appreciate how close it is to my home. These days with a newborn I find myself ordering things online rather than going to a store or a mall. Whenever an item doesn't work out I can stop on over real quick, print out the return label, tape up my package and drop it off right there. The staff is super helpful and attentive to assist in making it a fast and efficient transaction. Usually my refund is done within 24 hours of the return (if not the same day) rather than waiting for the business to recieve the package and then process my refund. The only challenge I'd say you might encounter is parking. Because it's on UCF campus it's obviously a relatively busy location. There is parking up and down the street where it's located so it's just a matter of finding an open spot. Keep in mind that parallel parking skills is a must!! read more

This well known online retailer is slowly branching out into brick and mortar locations and partnerships. They started with fulfillment warehouses, then local delivery, then groceries, and now pick up/drop off stores. So, for people that need insured delivery on their Amazon purchases, this is a great option. Yet for others, myself included, that need to return/exchange an item, this store provides a free shipping return. I know that the big retailers offer free returns, but some of the smaller fulfillment stores under the Amazon umbrella do not offer this service, and that is why these Amazon Pickup Points are so useful and economical. Next time you check your return option on Amazon, check that drop off option. This store also offers mailing/packaging materials. It is a great shipping center also. read more

The decision to put an Amazon pick-up/drop-off location at a college campus was a smart one. The UCF Amazon center is right next to the arena. I like that they have supplies so that you can package up your return items in the store and even print the shipping label. I've never picked something up here before, but the drop-off always has been efficient. My items are scanned in and I receive an email that same day saying it was received. Parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but you can park from 11am-2pm in the metered spots or select spots in the garage behind the arena for free. I like to come on Sundays when the campus is a lot calmer. read more

Not the most convenient location for me, but I refused to pay $18.00 to send something back that I no longer wanted. Apparently there's some algorithm Amazon has where if it's your mistake for sending the item back (such as no longer needed) they'll make you pay to return it or have to bring it to a pickup point. Whereas, if the item was damaged, wrong size, etc. then the return process is very easy and free. I see you Jeff Bezos. Anyways, I will say that my return experience after driving all the way out there was a breeze. I walked in, they had a table in the middle with sharpie, packing tape, etc. on it. I was able to use the tape to affix my label onto my box. I did not see any employees when I first walked in, and when it came time to leave my box I was unsure of where to do that, since it was too large to fit into any of the slots on the walls. Luckily, an employee came out from the back and saw me looking where to put the box and he took it from me and that was it! I walked out and my return was taken care of. It still would have been easier to drop off at my local UPS within walking distance from my home rather than a 25 minute drive, but at least it wasn't anymore of a pain once I got to this Amazon pickup point. read more

This place is soo cool. This was our 1st time using an Amazon pick up location. First we learned that the area, inside UCF, is a whole world all in itself. Beautiful grounds. CFE arena and spectrum stadium nearby. A little community with nice eateries and even a Barnes and Noble. The pick up process, super easy, emailed a barcode, scan at the locker at the store, which by the way, clean and well lit, and the locker opens. Grab your package and go. It's actually so simple and convenient in that you just scan your pickup barcode at the locker location and voila!, the locker door pops open and there's your order. The only downside I can see to this particular location is, well exactly that, the location. I ordered a set of 4 silicone baking dishes. When the order arrived it also contained an Apple Watch which I did not order. When I checked my order it only contained the baking pans but in the shipping information the watched showed and they charged my CC for it. It took many hours over a couple of days to get this corrected. The fact that an item could be charged to me that I did not order is pretty concerning. As a result of this I'm switching my music app from Amazon to Apple, no longer ordering from Amazon and reviewing my Amazon TV app and possibly canceling Amazon completely. This is very disturbing to me. The person I reached when I called seemed clearly annoyed that they had to help me and said they sent me an e-mail twice that I never received. This is an Amazon pick up point located on the campus of UCF. This is a really cool concept to combat porch pirates. My wife and I went here one evening because we had several packages to pick up, and she had them delivered here. My number one complaint, is parking. They had two spaces right in front of the store. Since I am not familiar with the UCF area, I don't know where additional parking would be. If Amazon wanted one out in this area, I think they would've been better off putting it in a shopping center on one of the main roads. Finding this location can be quite difficult. Thank goodness for GPS. I like the concept, I don't care for the location. I'm sure works real well for all the college kids. I love employees and I encountered were kind, and courteous. Very helpful also. The day we were there they were giving out free samples of Orbit gum. I know how it works, maybe I'll use in the future. read more

I was going to use UPS drop off for my return but I did not realize they don't open on Sundays... at all. So early this morning, I took a 20 min drive down to the Amazon drop off at UCF to return an item which I had purchased via Amazon but it simply would not work for me. Since I had initially picked the other place for the return I needed the associate's help with printing out the label to attach onto my envelope and just like that, it's on its way back to them for a credit back onto my account. The secondary item which I am expecting I know won't require return but if it did, I can easily count of heading down here to send it back free of charge. read more

I love the Amazon Hub and Lockers at UCF! As a previous student is was so easy to stop here in between classes and pick up my packages. Amazon makes it so easy to go to the app click get my pick up code and simply walk in scan your barcode at one of the kiosks and a locker pops open with your items! No hassle and you're in and out. I love the option of getting my items sent here instead of my house where amazon sometimes leaves my packages out in the open for the possibility of theft. The only reason this Amazon location doesn't receive 5 stars from me is the accessibility. There is a limited amount of parking spaces near amazon and they only have 2 dedicated amazon pick up spots. If you know anything about UCF parking is already a hassle so it is difficult at times to get a parking spot here. But if you wait until around 7pm or later it will be a bit easier to get your stuff. read more

The location does not work well due to parking. Only 2 parking spaces for amazon customers, everything else around is reserved, or pay and good luck finding an open spot. The manager takes up one of the 2 parking places, that leaves one for the college kid that parked there to grab a burger next door. The staff could careless and won't call parking enforcement on their own. Nothing was done even when I asked why the manager was not told to move his vehicle when I pointed out the 2 cars were in the 10 minute only parking for over 45 minutes. I just made a drop off, so I'm not sure how the pick up experience is, but the drop off was ok. There's just one shoot that you drop your package in by the door, but I went to the counter because I wanted a receipt. You don't get a physical receipt but the email receipt came pretty quick. By the time I got home it was emailed! As I was driving up, I noticed parking meters. I was relieved to find 2 designated parking spots for Amazon. I could see how this place could benefit people who have roommates or live somewhere that they don't trust the courier system. read more

This is the most inconvenient place you could imagine. There is very little parking to begin with, and heaven forbid you need to pick up something on a football game day. It's basically shut off and you'd have to park in a lot and pay for parking. Why they decided to put it here, I'll never know. The staff there also seem a little snooty. I will never use this facility again. I don't know what Amazon was thinking. First of all, my package was delivered at 2035. Why have a package deliver 2100 when the place it's being delivered to closes at 2100? Therefore I couldn't receive my package to the following day. Which means I could have had the package delivered to my house. Second, the location is awful. There were no parking near the store. So I as a prime member like many, I had to pay to park. Awful location!! I'm not a student so I don't have a parking sticker. Also, I had only one day to return my things and got off work early only to find out graduation was in effect and everything was blocked off.
