Inside it's very spacious and this location includes a scan and go option where you don't have to wait for an employee to scan you. You can scan, select print or email confirmation, then drop and go which was very convenient. Staff were not exactly welcoming (one was assisting someone so I understand, other just watched me as I entered and then slowly shuffled off to the back), usually there's some form of greeting to acknowledge. It was my first time at his location and I was unfamiliar with layout or the drop option. But it's well organized and was easy to figure out. Overall, if you have any FedEx needs I'm confident this location will get you all set.

The service is friendly enough and I was in and out in a relatively reasonable amount of time. The prices are in line and overall, me experience here was a positive one. If you are in the Waterford Lakes area, this is a good place to check out.

After hiring a van, to pick up some heavy products from a local Home Depot store to deliver them to my home, after taking the van back, this dumba$$ forgot to look in the side pocket of the door, to ensure I had everything with me. As it was getting late into the evening, the van was given it's usual inspection, and they confirmed the van didn't have any damage on it, or in it, and I was good to go. The following morning, I received a phone call from the gentleman who'd served me the day previously, and he informed me that I had left my wallet in the side door panel. After dropping off the van, and going back home, I didn't even realize I was without my wallet. I had over $800 in cash, my credit cards, my ID, my UK ID, as well as irreplaceable, and personal keep sakes within my wallet. "Hello, Sir. We have located your wallet within the side door of the vehicle you hired from yesterday. We have placed your wallet in our safe, for safe keeping, ready for you to pick up at your earliest convenience", was all I needed to hear. On returning to the store, EVERYTHING was still in my wallet. EVERYTHING. All my cash. All of my credit cards. My ID's, and keeps sakes. EVERYTHING. I thanked the gentleman who found my wallet, and who'd called me to tell me about my missing wallet, and, of course, I thanked him also by my insistence of giving him a reward for his honesty Losing my wallet would have been a HUGE inconvenience to me, to be able to replace the cards, and ID's. But the keep sakes would have been lost if it wasn't for their honesty (Unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name for me to be able to give him due credit within this review. But I'm sure he knows who I'm writing about if he reads this). And for that alone, I give this company 5* Stars

I can't even remember the last time I went to a Laundromat but I have this oversized comforter that…read morewont fit in my washing machine and so I came in and this really nice lady with red curly hair (I hate that I didn't get her name because she was so nice) greeted me and told me how everything works. She showed me where to get change (bring cash folks) then she showed me the different sized washing machines. There's literally normal, medium, and large sized washing machines. the large machine though will set you back $11 as of 2024. For the Queen sized comforter I brought in I was able to use the medium sized one no problem for $6.25. It's $1 more if you use hot water. Oversized dryers were cheaper for some reason. I was able to dry my comforter for $3.50. While I was waiting for my clothes, the nice lady offered me hot coffee and cookies which I politely turned down but who does that? It's the little things that add up. There's also free wifi and snack vending machines. The next time I need to have an oversized item cleaned, I'll definitely come here.

The professional over the phone appropriately dealt with all my COVID concerns and reassured me that the movers would be wearing masks and all of my furniture would be protected. TIMELY & EARLY - Dylon and his amazing team texted me the morning of to confirm and ask me if I had any questions. Then he called me a couple hours before to ask if he could come earlier as they finished another job earlier. I said great!!! They arrived an hour earlier and requested a tour. They arrived all wearing masks and were polite and friendly, which made me feel safe as a single female. EFFICIENT & DILIGENT- The guys were super efficient and surgical as they expediately wrapped and moved my furniture and boxes. I was BEYOND impressed at their pace of working. The guys cleaned up everything and all trash, they also made sure that in each room that the way that I wanted to furniture to be arranged. I will use them time and time again!
