HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They have over a dozen complaints on Better Business Bureau and pending complaints in multiple states. Do not use these movers! Bad packing, bad movers, break furniture, items go missing, no customer service! They take your money and leave you with damaged and missing items. read more

Not a real moving company. They subcontract to the lowest bidder. And even with that, they didn't deliver thousands of dollars worth of my things, and refused to take responsibility. Everything from beds and rugs to boxes of vintage comics. Just left them. read more

I was skeptical when I booked Bellhop Moving and IM SO GLAD THAT I BOOKED THEM! It was simple and easy online! I received a professional phone call confirm my booking at even better pricing than I booked online. The professional over the phone appropriately dealt with all my COVID concerns and reassured me that the movers would be wearing masks and all of my furniture would be protected. TIMELY & EARLY - Dylon and his amazing team texted me the morning of to confirm and ask me if I had any questions. Then he called me a couple hours before to ask if he could come earlier as they finished another job earlier. I said great!!! They arrived an hour earlier and requested a tour. They arrived all wearing masks and were polite and friendly, which made me feel safe as a single female. EFFICIENT & DILIGENT- The guys were super efficient and surgical as they expediately wrapped and moved my furniture and boxes. I was BEYOND impressed at their pace of working. ABOVE & BEYOND - Dylon and his team say me moving hangers and smaller items from my car and immediately jumped in to help. The guys cleaned up everything and all trash, they also made sure that in each room that the way that I wanted to furniture to be arranged. I will use them time and time again! If in doubt, BOOK THEM! I used them in the Orlando area, and have shared their information with my complex to hopefully get them more business. Thanks again so much to Dylon and his team!!!! I appreciate them and Bellhop! YOU MADE MY MOVE STRESS FREE!!! THANK YOU! Signed with love of stress-free moves, @TheOriginalCharlestonian read more

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I am very happy that this company was referred to me through UPS- we had a very heavy sectional couch, king sized bed, and of course several other items that we needed help moving - up 3 flights of stairs!!! Matthew and Keenan were amazing!!!! Very careful with our stuff, and got everything done very quickly. Highly recommend, and will use next time we move for sure. Thank u for a great experience, and for helping us!!! I would highly recommend - fair prices too! read more

Had used Bellhop to moved to Orlando a couple years ago and they were great. Used them again recently to move from Orlando and had a really bad experience. Apparently they packed my stuff wrong and a bunch of it got broken during the move. The Bellhop movers at the destination city apologized profusely and said the movers who packed the truck totally messed up. On top of that, the moving truck had some sort of leak and a bunch of my stuff got soaking wet. My biggest rug and rug pad were ruined. The company was really nice about everything and gave me financial compensation. Also when the movers arrived a day late they gave me 10% off the move. So the company is great to deal with in setting up the move and addressing questions/issues. But the movers who packed me in Orlando, although they were very nice, did not ultimately do a good job, and the truck was deficient. read more

They ended up reducing the bill for the late / no show. They did do something to repay me for what I was out due to the day late move. I guess that is all they could do at this point and they deserve the better review. read more

They booked us for our move, then canceled only 18 hours in advance. Still charged our credit card for the full amount and a week later we still don't have a credit. Avoid this company. read more

Jason T. and Vanard P. were very professional and efficient. They listened to my concerns about a few of my furniture pieces and took very good care of everything. I felt relaxed the whole time (which is rare) and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

I served in the navy for 22 years, moved many times and had the privilege of seeing some of the best moving companies worldwide! Bell hop was the worst! They underbid, to get the contract then they charge a ridiculously high per hour rate and bill you the difference to your preapproved credit card! This is a scam!!! They send inexperienced movers, kids who stand by half the time waiting to be told what to do! Wasting time so the company charges more! I had a bill for twice what they bid for! And had to pay it! Don't use them! read more

What a terrible customer service experience. While juggling my toddler, work, and a looming move I though movers would be easier. Hoping to get a quick estimate I used the chat. Apparently the original representative went to lunch so I got stuck with Kristen. Time between responses was over ten minutes. Apparently she was "just trying to help Colin who went to lunch" but was helping other people, this ignoring my request for an estimate. Over an hour just to get Kristen to tell me they don't service my area, though they do service two miles away (another zip code). Kristen was rude, unhelpful, and super quick to let me know it was my fault because I gave her "mixed messages". Oh, she's also the supervisor. Terrible experience. Definitely would not recommend. read more

They showed up on time, understood what needed to be done and got right to it. They were careful, courteous, respectful and efficient. Everything was moved from the upstairs without bumping furniture into walls - true professionals. I used them to move in and then again when I moved out - they are my "Go To" movers. Thanks guys you did a GREAT job. read more

Great company. I had called around a few places before finding bellhops and the prices were unjustifiable. I don't mind paying for a service but keep it fair like bellhops. I love that you can do everything online and it's very straight forward. The 2 gentlemen that showed up (Brandon and Jullian) were absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend this company. read more

I am so grateful I picked Bellhop movers. The guys showed up on time they were professional and went straight to work. They customer service against were very professional too. I will definitely use them again, UNLIKE UHAUL, this company has become thieves to make an extra dollar. They go in and change contracts so they cancharge you a fee and they NEVERsee their people as wrong. Will never use uhaul again. KUDOS BELLHOP!!!! read more

Used them for a move back in January. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and moved into another 1 bedroom apartment. I had down sized and didn't have much to move. I only had a Queen size bed, 2 TVs, 6 large boxes, dresser and 4 storage bins. The moving truck was not even full. There were 3 workers, 1 controlled the lifted on the truck, the other 2 moved. The "team leader" even stated that I didn't have a lot to move so I don't under why it took them 6.5hours to move and almost $800?! The third mover spent most of the time outside talking to the mover at the truck. Will never use them again or recommend. read more

We had a great experience! The team was punctual and very polite! They worked efficiently and carefully. They made it easy.

Showed up on time, 3 guys , very polite, one was training, felt like they could of worked faster and smarter, talked a lot, moved slowly, didn't expect my move to take 4 hours, I've moved with less before way under 3 hours, . My budget was 300 and I paid 560, for a small move! Definitely will not use this company again! Very unhappy. read more

Tyler W. ,Thea D. , and Josean were fantastic bellhops and made my moving a breeze!! Would recommend!!

I used Bellhops for my move in March 2019... it was a great experience from start to finish. All the young men that arrived to help move our stuff were polite, helpful, and fast. They were organized and ready to work. We were 3 females moving and felt entirely comfortable. Pricing extremely reasonable and I would recommend and use again. read more

I'm thrilled we discovered the Bellhops service! We hired them to unload Pack rat containers at our new home. Jonathan I., Ashton L., and Louis R. were fantastic! The were so considerate with our things and maneuvered very carefully up stairs and around tight corners. It was such a relief to have their help during a stressful move. They were professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to use this service again. Thanks guys!! I will be recommending this wonderful service to friends & family. read more

Tyler and Jaren were amazing! All were VERY polite and kind and all four together moved an entire 26 foot U-Haul FILLED to capacity in an unbelievable amount of time. They worked hard and were very manner-able. It was very hot and these you men were sweating and never slowed down despite the heat. My family and I were amazed and delighted! Wow! We will use this company EVERY time we move! read more

Brandon L and Zachary P were polite and efficient guys. Made great recommendations and helped make the move better. That being said, I have a problem with the company. Not the movers. When they say labor only they really mean it. I've never encountered movers who DID NOT BRING A DOLLY OR HAND TRUCK to move items. The rep actually said to me "we like to explain it as they're just bringing their hands." This was after I booked it so it was too late for me to back out. But that really left a bad impression with me and frankly I would not use them again because of it. My fiancé used college hunks moving service and although a little more expensive they came prepared. Bellhops' excuse was that's only if you rent a full service move with a truck. Ridiculous. I'm moving across the state so I got my own truck. But now I also had to get the equipment to move it because I chose a company that doesn't send their guys prepared. More frustrating is they don't even offer to bring equipment for an extra fee. It's either full service or "hands" only. If it weren't for the good movers they sent I would have rated Bellhops lower. read more

My moving truck was loaded faster and easier than I anticipated! Darren, Angel, and Vanard were super nice, showed up early, and got right to work. I had a great experience and would use Bellhop again read more

Best moving service in Orlando (if you have your own truck) -- seriously! These guys are friendly, knowledgeable on moving small and big items, and super speedy! The fact that these guys know how to maximize the space of a moving van and how careful they are with fragile items. It was such an easy moving process (something that you hardly ever hear!!) The pricing is very reasonable and booking was just as easy as the moving process was. I really hope I don't have to plan a move in the near future, but if I do, I will only use Bellhops! I highly recommend their services. You won't be disapointed! read more

Started off strong when Basel showed up with treats for my dog--so sweet! Both he and David were friendly, professional, and worked quickly but carefully. Not only was my move less stressful because of their help, but they were fun to chat and hang with as we went. I will definitely be encouraging friends to use Bellhops! read more

This was a great service. My helpers, Vincent and Carl were here to help me move items from my third floor apartment to portable storage units. They did it with a pleasant attitude and they didn't just throw things into the units. They took a moment to try to maximize the space and pack the units tight! It took a load of my mind for sure. Thank you! read more

What a smart move on my part to use Bell hops in Orlando. We were moving my daughter from her second floor apartment and Scott and Carl were fabulous in moving all the furniture and other items to the covered trailer. They were very personable, punctual, and worked diligently to complete the task in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the use of the Service in the future. read more

The five Bellhops that arrived today were absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. My movers were Devin, Christian, Tyler, Jorge, and a fifth mover I actually didn't expect. They were very professional, very nice, and made the whole process go quickly and smoothly. For my next move, I'll definitely use Bellhops again. read more

Bellhops is an awesome company! Very reasonable pricing and super easy to book. The gents were friendly and efficient. Customer service accommodated my time change and request for an extra bellhop at the last minute. I would use them again without hesitation, and will be recommending bellhops to all of my friends! read more

Great experience. They always picked up, were efficient, and very professional. We were running ahead of schedule with the move so I called to see if the guys could come earlier than scheduled, and they did. Two hours earlier! Very happy and would definitely book with them in the future. Thanks for making our move easier! read more

Needed to move some furniture upstairs and didn't have anyone to help, so reached out to these guys. Very happy with the service. Easy to set up appointment, received info on the two guys that would arrive prior to the time of arrival, so I'd know who to expect. Leader called an hour prior to arrival to confirm. Both guys, Marc (leader) and Hampton (wing man) were excellent young men, very polite, very professional. They completed my requested moves quickly and safely. They were very careful with their work. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone needing extra hands with their moves. I'll certainly use them again. read more

I've worked for Bellhops for over 6 months and I can gladly say that I'm proud of working for them for this long. No, i was not paid to write this review. Nor was commanded to do so. There are a few companies that genuinely care about their workers and Bellhops is one of them. They pay their workers VERY well along with providing a low price for customers. I highly recommend this moving company to the members of the Orlando community. read more
