I read the fine print and…read moreunderstood the drop off policies and the filling up of the gas, and the mileage because I asked questions to make it clear to me and I double confirm it with Uhaul Corporate as well as the the local businesses that works with Uhaul for the pick up and drop off of its trucks to make sure all parties are on the same page. When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints.
