I have never had such horrible customer service! I went in to pay my bill on 4 units, and upon entering was greeted by Marion. In a panicked/worried voice telling me I would have to wait because there was a new customer filling out a new lease forum on (hard paper). I had no problem waiting because he had been In front of me. About a minute goes by and Marion decides to see what I needed. I told her I would like to pay my bill but had forgotten my unit numbers, after guessing a few numbers and finding my name in the computer she got upset that my accounts were not "linked together" and asked me why they were not. I did not have an answer for her as I was not the one to type them into her computer. she decided to start my payment process (while the new customer was still filling out his hard paper lease) and needed no assistance for her, which is what I have always experienced in the past. During this process another customer comes in and in her panicked/worried voice tells says "how can I help you sir" customer states that he would like to pay his bill. She tells him "oh i'm sorry sir, I am alone and am already helping these two gentlemen, it will be 20 minutes". He had then stated that he would return later in the day. The first customer is still filling out his hard paper forums and has not said a word the whole time, Marion then decides to take my second payment. After this payment is complete she tells me "sorry you need to come back later, I am busy with this (first customer)" who is still filling out his information and still not said a word. I was OUTRAGED that she could not multitask and finish my payment process while the other guy did not need assistance. Marion called me and left a voice mail about an hour later telling me it was ok to come back to finish m payment. I will not go back into the office when she is there. I returned a few days later on my day off to finish what should have taken 10 minutes the first time. I believe the guys name was Venel and was a night and day difference. He started my payment right away and took a total of 5 minutes to finish the 2 payments and told me he would contact his manager to request my units be linked to make things easier next time. read more

Going on 9 months at Public Storage, store# 08720, and I wished I lived closer to the store to visit more often. There is nothing better than being treated like a family member at a commercial facility that you do business with, and that's exactly how I feel every time I go to Public Storage in Oviedo, FL on Alafaya. The specific property manager I have great appreciation for is Christina; very pleasant to work with, always has time to converse, always asks if there is anything she can help me with, and her personality and smile are very infectious. I wish I could work with her. She is like a sister I have never had. Cheers! to Public Storage for employing such a terrific individual. The staff there is really friendly! I called on the way home (close to their closing time I may add) and their CSR John Goodwin was so friendly, and helpful, answered all my questions, offered suggestions, and actually stayed on the phone with me and gave me turn-by-turn directions all the way from the highway to the property! It was amazing and unbelievable. Nobody does that! From there, the property manager, Christina, took up where John left off. The friendliest lady you will ever meet, full of information, attentive, good handwriting too, and i enjoyed chatting with her while heading to and from the unit. i hope i brightened her day up as much as she did mine. I would highly recommend my family and friends to her and would tell them to ask for Christina when looking for storage. read more

I frequently buy units at auction at many different facilities, and the experiences differ with each and every one of them. My experience with Public Storage on Alafaya rd in Oveido was one of the better ones I have thus far been through! The facility manager Christine was outstanding at her position and the responsibilities that any facility should expect or need. Not only was everything timely and organized, but also very welcoming and delightful. She was very friendly and helpful and the front office,bathrooms, and property were very clean and up kept! It's always a pleasure when you can see that employees have the integrity to take pride in their job. I definitely will be bidding at this facility again. read more

Incredible service from the manager Lucas and a very helpful employee Tim. I found the help I received from the staff to be above and beyond when my decisions led to poor planning on my part. Everything was resolved without costing me more than was needed. The facility was very nice and the employees were always available after move in day. When I vacated, it was easier than past experiences and I was prorated instead of paying the whole month. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience which didn't cost but a little amount of money. read more

I went to the location to check out the space I'd reserved online for my uncovered parking boat storage. Upon entering the office Rashema was very helpful and took me to the actual spot to see it in person. Upon getting to the spot another boat was already parked in my reserved space, so she assisted in allowing me to choose another available spot of my own liking. I picked a spot and I'm thankful for her great customer service! I highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for a facility! read more

He helped me get my account setup for car storage by providing me with great information on our initial phone call and then following up with great professionalism upon my arrival with the vehicle.
