It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

I was finally told that they would take a credit card, but only if I took a picture of the FRONT and BACK of my card AND a pic of my drivers license, would they process! An illegal demand and something no person should ever comply to. They drove off with have my stuff so fast I could not even work out a way to resolve. The owner then yelled and threatened me to pay up or he would come get it himself! I finally was able to confirm through the office that if I got them a CASHIERS check by Sat Morning , they would deliver that day. I paid extra and did that, only to be told I had to wait until MONDAY as the owner needed to verify a CASHIERS check! Really? It is a CASHIERS check! It's guaranteed funds. Called this morning to verify if the rest of my property would be delivered and was yelled at again and told me it was no big deal, no one was sick and if I make a big deal about it, they would just keep the property and delivery some other day. Nasty, rude, vengeful, rotten company. DO NOT use them. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. She helped me two different times & she help our over the road driver with a large truck to get into the property & get their household goods out in a safe manner. The buildings were cool and clean. Sarah is what made the experience perfect...She even offered her cell phone for after hours if we had an issue getting out the secured gate. WHO DOES THAT?
