This is the UPS Store that we have our box at for the company I work for and I have been coming here for a few years to retrieve our mail. There have been a lot of different employees rotate in and out that I have interacted with, but the current staff is the best! They recognize me when I come in every week and are always helpful. They now have a specific computer for Amazon returns only so you do not have to wait in the normal line, and I feel like that has really helped with the wait times at the counter. read more

Undertrained associates, disinforming customers on a service offered and the information needed to get a package to its respective destination! On November 5, 2024, I went to my local UPS Store #6829 located at 11954 Narcoosee Road Orlando, FL 32832-6998, to ship internationally (Republic of Panama) a backpack gift I purchased for my daughter. The attending associate Gabriel H went over the different shipping services, time ranges and respective costs. I agreed to use USPS International First-Class Service as the cost seemed reasonable, $77.82, and it would take a maximum of 21 business days to arrive at its destination (specified by the associate), which was sufficient for it to arrive before the desired time frame. I provided the associate with all the information that he requested, including the destination address. Unfortunately, the package never reached its intended destination. Using the tracking number provided UA471564712US, it details it has been in transit since November 10, 2024, with no additional updates. I reached out to the original UPS store where the package was sent and spoke with Ucenia, the store manager. She suggested I should contact USPS directly as this service was not their responsibility. I contacted USPS Customer Service and spoke with an associate which explained that USPS only ships to the republic of Panama to specified "Carrasquilla" (Panamanian Post Office), an important fact that was never properly explained by the UPS store associate Gabriel H. He only requested that I provide the intended destination! This error should be clear knowledge of the attending associate so that he can advise appropriately, and I could have made the right decision and provided the correct information, rather than having a lost package with no way to track. Terrible customer service that blames other carriers for there mistake! They never followed up with me or put any effort in helping me locate my lost package. Stay far away from this store and its staff! read more

I've been here a few times and I have always had a pleasant experience. The inside is nice and cool, they do have a computer in case you need to print something, clearly this is a UPS store so they mail packages too. The staff that I have interacted with have always been nice and attentive. Hard to mess up package drop offs lol. The only down side is sometimes I've been in here and there may be a short line of 3 people but you may end up waiting 20 plus minutes. Beyond that I like this store as it's clean and friendly. read more

A nice little hole in the wall store. They have limited parking out front that they share with other retailers. The store can fill up fast, as it is small. They have the usual P.O. Boxes for rent, copy and printing services, fax/copy, shipping and a limited selection of supplies. I stopped in to send back my Direct TV boxes, which they apparently partnered with. I was told to throw all the boxes and accessories in a bag or box, take it to the UPS Store, and they would scan the items and take care of returning it. Sure enough, I emptied the bag of electronics on the counter, she scanned the boxes and sent me on my way with a shipping receipt. The clerk was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. read more

I was in a rush to get out of town and had to take care of a few matters. I have found myself using UPS stores in different cities for the sake of convenience. I was a little concerned based on some of my previous experiences. My heart sank as I walked in and saw the long line. It is clear that the store has been well managed and the on-site manager. Ye senia , was a consummate professional and clearly managed her staff to great efficiency. The staff was courteous and helpful in spite of the fact that some of my packages had building and ZIP Code mismatches. So disappointed in this company!! I had a specified delivery date, since I move in that day. They email me that my delivery is arriving 5 days earlier than my requested date. I pay money to move the shipping date back to the correct arrival date. They still deliver it early! None of the UPS phone numbers work!! Horrible service! read more

I would like to just say that the overall customer service at the store is terrible. I will no longer visit the store due to his services and that attitude specifically from the females that work at this location. They are rude. They have no customer service skills they close the store before 7 o'clock on several occasions, and do not try to help customers ship out their packages. The service at this location is terrible. Specifically from the African American female me and my wife often drop off packages at this location and consistently we receive bad service the African-American female tends to throw and slam the packages right in front of the customers. She has no manners and zero customer service skills , if you say thank you she won't say nothing back. I will no longer be visiting this location because of the service I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes and receive better service at another location. I have been a account holder of UPS for 20 years . This is twice then I have needed notary services that the store advertises are available and they don't have a notary. I made an appointment through the store's website and got a confirmation, but was told in the store that the appointment service is run through corporate and they don't follow it. I have never printed at a UPS store before and I don't think I ever will again. Unfortunately I was in desperate need of a printer and this was the closest one. When I entered, I asked the staff if I can use my USB on their computer and told her I have never used the printing service at a UPS store before. She gave me a very rude attitude and told me email only. That's fine so I proceeded to use their computer to print a one-sided one sheet form after finding the document on my email. When I got the receipt, it said $3.30. I know I'm near-sighted and I haven't seen an optometrist in over 2 years, so I thought my eye sight has rapidly declined. I decided to confirm the price with the staff. She told me it was correct because they also charge $3 for the first 15 minutes of computer usage time. Serious?? And none of the staff bothered to explain that to me before I decided to use their computer to print? Especially when I told them it was my first time using the printing service at UPS? If I knew this was going to happen, I should have written this Yelp review using their computer to make my money's worth. Whether it was intentional or not, I can't help but feel cheated especially given the condescending attitude when the staff confirmed the price with a smirk on her face. She even proceeded to go to the UPS webpage to show me she was right. Well instead of putting that information on the UPS webpage, shouldn't you also put it on a sheet of paper in front of the computer so that all customers can be well informed before making the decision to print or not? Or even better, explain how the pricing works for a first time customer at your store. What a joke of a service. I had an amazon return of a small front door mat that was rolled up in the plastic package I received. Only the top part was torn, bc I felt the material and didn't take it out. The girl working at the counter told me I had to buy tape or go home and tape up the opening or she couldn't accept it. She wouldn't tape the top part for me. They only package small items she said. So, I had to pay $5 for less than 6" of tape used to close the opening. read more

This one star is for the nice gentleman working there that went out of his way to help me print a shipping label today. Everything else is literal garbage. Due to school being closed and no printers available I went to UPS to print something out. I placed the order online and scheduled it at 2:30pm this morning around 8am. Knowing how things may be thrown off during the pandemic I called multiple times to try to get a hold of them to see if they received my order and would be able to print it. No response, straight to voicemail, and unable to contact a human for 3 hours. When I got there at 2:30, they told me that not only were they not doing prints due to some blurriness, they wanted to send me 4 miles away after I went out of my way to come to this UPS! I told them the ink smear would be ok because it was just a package label, but for some reason they never received the file I sent when I paid for the print? Basically this should have taken 1 min and ended up being almost an hour. Huge waste of time, don't come here to get your stuff done. Another woman had come in asking for something notarized and this UPS doesn't even have a notary despite advertising they notarize everywhere inside. What a scam. read more

UPS delivered my package damaged that I ordered from Amazon, so I arranged a return. I have returned packages at other UPS store locations and never had a problem with using my Amazon boxes, all this box needed was a piece of tape. I asked the man at the counter if he had tape... his reply, "yes, right behind you. For sale." Wth? I ordered a PS5 through playstation direct. I was told by Sony that I would need to sign for it. As I was out of town for memorial day weekend I got a notification that I had received my package. I check the tracking number on UPS' website to see that they confirmed that I signed for the package. My fiancee and I are the only ones that live there so no one was home to sign for it. When I got home the next day it was sitting in front of my door (thankfully) and the box it came in wasn't even discreet because the UPS box has "PS5" on it in big bold black letters. These game systems are still hard to find and I am lucky that it wasn't stolen. When I originally got the notification I had called them and was told they would send someone out immediately to pick my package back up and apologized. So why did I get home over 24 hours later to see it still sitting in front of my door, and why did the delivery driver lie and say that I signed for it? read more

I experienced racism at this store. I was being waited on by an employee when the manager told her stop waiting on me and help other customers. I was the only person in the store that was not of the same ethnicity as the employees or other customers. Shame on those employees and UPS. I was greeted when I came in and they seemed to be in sync with one another as they were helping customers. Terrible customer service experience. I needed to print 2 pages in color. Inserted the credit card as directed. The printer was not working. The manager just said.."this printer does not like PDF files" no apologies, no " let me see what I can do", just that "The printer does not like PDFs". I went to this location and they provide horrible customer service, I believe the women that help me name is Christina and she had a major attitude problem and seemed annoyed. However, I asked her a question and she rolled her eyes. I realize at that moment I was dealing with an ignorant person and to say the least she left my things in unattended while she went and help another customer.
