I was waiting for my package all day at home on 03/17/23, no body came, in the afternoon I received an email stating that they couldn't deliver it because the package needs a signature and no nobody was at home when the driver arrived. I was all day at home waiting and not just me my daughter also, and nobody from this company came to my home, I checked my ring bell recordings and my outside cameras and nobody came or made the attempt to do the delivery. Not the usual DHL Center where they offer a lot of business related products & services. This DHL is located amongst warehouses and is in fact a small office tucked in the lefthand corner of what looks like DHLs Airport Hub in the greater Orlando area. Lots of parking available. Where one comes in and rings a bell for service. It normally takes someone, to walk behind the counter from the backdoor, under a minute. Very helpful staff. Had the right answers & suggestions which made decision making easier & quicker. read more

I had a package rerouted through DHL (won't ever happen again) and they said it was delivered to this Orlando location..when I get there they say it's going to my Ocala location..it's now been 3 days and they've said they've rerouted it again for a different drop off date. I never talked to anyone on the phone, just robots who give me the runaround just like the chat robots on the app, zero hep whatsoever. I talked with one guy at this location but I don't blame him, I just hope I receive this package from some location in the near future SMH. read more

I have never seen or had a horrible service from courier service. They picked my package up since the 20th of Sep. I got a text message that it will be delivered Sept 29th which was supposed to be received Friday but I accepted 29th. I went on the system a day before the delivery date it was changed to Sept 30th. Why was it changed they said the address was wrong , my address is correct there was nothing wrong with my address. I called and confirmed with a representative and confirmed my address so I was now waiting to receive my package . About 3pm Sept 30th I went back on the tracking and I saw Oct 4th Estimated Delivery date. Why I called, they said my address was wrong and that the driver attempted delivery, I was livid, a big lie the driver never tempted delivery. If my address was wrong they have my phone number because I received a text message from them. The material I ordered was for a wedding for the 7th of October. This courier service is the most incompetent company I have ever seen. The drivers lie that they attempt delivery and representatives are clueless. They never give you any useful information they talk like robots. I am beginning to think that DHL might not be treating the drivers well nor the reps either. The whole company needs to be overhauled they give horrible service. I am going to go to their office at Orlando airport and try my luck and see if I can pick my package up there. I am not hopeful. I ordered a bunch of items on SHEIN to ship to my niece for her birthday present and DHL was the courier. However, during delivery, they had an issue with the address, which was absolutely correct, and now the package is back in dispatch in Orlando according to tracking. It's been 20 days. TWENTY DAYS. I contacted them 3 times to confirm the address and status of my package, but they kept giving me false claims that the package was out for delivery. After the 4th time reaching out, they finally escalated my inquiry and put a call out to dispatch to look for the package at the facility. My niece's birthday is long gone and apparently so is her gift. DHL in Orlando is completely incompetent and I would definitely not recommend their service to anyone. For extra safety I paid extra to have DHL deliver my new order of checks... well the driver handed my parcel to a neighbor whom after pilfering the package had the US postal service employees place them in my box!!! Not only must I return the items for refund but I must close the checking account and open a new one. I ordered an item from Modli which was shipped very quickly from New Jersey via DHL to Orlando, FL. I live in west central FL. After sitting for 5 days, it was determined by the company that DHL was not active with my package and I was issued a refund. First I did enter the 30, yes 30, DHL tracking number in which they told me that no number existed!!! Checked it 6 times and also had someone else enter it....same response every time. Also, I could not find a way to contact them without the tracking number which they said was wrong!!! They obviously don't want communication with their customers!! Worst courier service ever!!! I did not choose this courier service to handle my package it was just always assigned with the clothing company for my area and they have held my package for a whole week right now I called everyday to get them to deliver my package by the next day and they still did not deliver I asked to speak to a supervisor and never received a call. The location closes super early before I get out of work so the hours are not convenient for anyone that works any job to pickup. I signed the release form of no signature required and they took my package the day it was supposed to be delivered saying it required a signature all the representatives said it was going to come the day the next day and they obviously don't know how to do their job right and when it did say on a schedule date it never came in the next representative said that she doesn't know why they told me what they told me because it's not true so everyone is just lying to you saying it will be delivered. I don't understand why they can't deliver the next following day. This is literally the worst courier service I have ever experienced do not ever go through them. read more
