It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

They are trying to create an artificial demand/need for their services by making things as difficult as possible -- but without them, it would be 10000x easier.

I recommend calling ahead for your pick up, they do have go downstairs to locate and bring up your package... if their busy it could take some time. But once they have your package it;s super fast. The team here was super friendly and helpful. One of my deliveries had 5 large boxes, they allowed me to take a few and come back for the rest.. without having to resend the rest to the storage center. Also I recommend purchasing one of there super convenient mobile carts.. a must have for anyone that goes to a lot of conventions.
