I was told that my truck would be delivered today after I pay for the driver's fee $80 through gift cards so I waited that whole day only to find out my truck that's been sitting there at this storage company over 5 months sent me to the police station now I the money I sent to this lady she never did what she said she would do ,beware of her and this company she definitely a scammer. read more

Went to rent a unit. Staff reserved unit for me. Then next day manager showed up and rented the unit which was reserved. He then said we do not reserve units even though the staff did so the prior day. Very rude person. He has no business in the customer service field. Terrible human being. read more

What a great and neat place! They were very positive, and we got an AC unit that rocks! When we went back to the office to buy more boxes, they offered us bottled water on the house! Excellent place to store your belongings. Been using this place for over 1 year. The manager Angelo is amazing. Always wants to go above and beyond to make sure your experience there is great. Had several issues and he was spot-on with resolving the problem. Him and his wife make a great team. Never too busy to help or find a solution to a problem. I can't give a review of the place itself but I can on the customer service. I called to get pricing and spoke with a very nice lady. I had gone online and they had a first month free coupon. I put in my enail and was waiting for a reply. When I spoke to the lady she said they do not honor it right now but she would let her supervisor know. I was giving here my email address and we got disconnected. I called back and explained to a man who answered, and all of a sudden he got defensive and rudem I then told him without the coupon they are much more expensive. He went off telling me that they are a prime location, pay prime taxes, have a store front and have rental trucks! So does Rockers Lockers and they will save me over a $100 in three months! read more

Considering this is a "storage" facility, I must say it's the cleanest of many facilities I've seen. The staff is so accommodating and always willing to work with you! It seems that someone didn't like this facility based on the entry but having rented a space, along with a storage unit, I NEVER observed a fly, let alone roaches! My wife and I were ALWAYS treated very nicely, courteously, and always above board. There are one or two storage units which have food stored, (Little Debbie) comes to mind, but having been at this facility for more than two years, we have never, ever, heard anyone complain about anything, with the exception of when the monthly bill is NOT paid. Then, staff will get ahold of you, for sure. Thankfully, we never had to worry about a late fee or notice as they had access to make the monthly draw for the needed fees. I hated to leave the place but we moved so we had to find another location, which we did, but it's nothing like Personal Mini Storage in St. Cloud! They're the best! read more
