I didn't even know this one was here. It's right by the Wine 4 Oysters so you can ship, then go sip and shuck next door. Needed a notary and had no idea that the UPS Store did this until I googled "where can I find a certified notary next to a wine shop and gated golf community where there's also a grocery store, take-out pizza, bank, pool supplies and a brand new Starbucks because older Starbucks be trippin'". Boom, I found it! They charge $10 per signature which isn't bad and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I plan on going here for notary service in the future as I seem to need to use this service every 15-20 years. read more

We are lucky to have two great UPS drop off locations near us. This one is , in Eastwood on S. Alafaya Trail, in the Publix Plaza. When you see the Truist Bank, you're in the right place. There is plenty of parking. Thisis preferred because they have a self-service machine with a scanner for Amazon returns. There has been times, not many, when there is a line foe returns and the scanner is a life saver. The staff keeps the lines moving as efficiently as possible. Offering quick returns, making it an easy in and out. They offer packaging supplies and offer assistance when needed. Overall it's another option for all your packaging, shipping and return needs. read more

I have mixed feelings about this UPS store. For the most part they are okay. I'm able to drop off and pick up packages most of the time with no problem and little wait time. However there have been plenty of times that there were a problem which makes me hesitant to do business with this store frequently. Workers in the store are not all trained the same. I've received different instructions and information from the variety of people who work there. I think the most frustrating thing is that they don't always go by company policy. There have been many times where I will have items that get shipped to the UPS store rather than to my home. I will often send my husband to go pick up these packages, but it's such a toss up now if they will let him take it. A few years back he would be able to walk in with a photo of my ID or just his ID (because we are at the same address/same last name) and that would be enough for the workers to give him our packages. Most recently, even with calling ahead and confirming, they won't let him get my packages because he isn't me. I would understand if that was their policy, but it's not. It's become a hassle to ship through them, to the point where I'd rather go wait at usps than deal with the workers who don't know what they are doing and making their own rules here. A few days ago I was dropping something off, walked into the store and there was not a person in sight. I waited around for a few minutes before someone had appeared from the back. I understand having work to do in multiple locations within the store, but having a way to let someone who is in the back know that someone just walked in would have been nice. Overall, I often try to avoid this location. I would consider coming here more often if the workers were properly trained and actually were consistent with company policy. Pros: Some of their employees are nice, such as John, who greeted me and treated me nicely and they have practical services such as copying, printing and packaging. They provide USPS packing as well. Cons: Most frequently than not, employees are eager to get you out of there, seem cold and unpleased to have you there. So again, the customer service varies by employee... I'm not having much of a day with customer service. I would have to describe the customer service as almost surly. When I arrived, with one labeled return postage box and one to ship.he took the bag and walked off . When I asked about the other, he said I should have said ship both. Ok... they were both placed on the counter in front of him. When I asked about the free usps box, he said there would be an upcharge. Ok. So how much. He said , depends on the box. Lol he just measured the gift and told me what the ups box would cost. Obviously I meant a box that would fit the same item. I shipped but I won't use this store again. Twice in three weeks I had to go to my local UPS store #2554 in Orlando, FL. Both times they went out of their way to help me. It was a quick and seamless process. One guy had a crutch and he was still receiving big items, boxing them up and doing everything quickly with a big smile on his face. And despite Covid, they were all friendly and so customer focused. OK I will give the extra star since I will take part of the responsibility for not asking. Positives- they are very friendly and helpful. They have all the shipping supplies I needed. and they are conveniently located near me. The huge NEGATIVE- I shipped 15 packages usps and didnt know they can actually charge surcharges. WOW. USPS small flat rate box (keep in mind FLAT RATE) is suppose to be $5.80. They charged me $7.75! I didnt notice until all the packages were rung up and the total seed pretty high. I noticed the flat rate price on shipping label and asked about it the flat rate price. All she said was "these flat rate boxes are $7.75." So I think that was kind of sneaky on her part. Why not tell me " the ups store charges surcharges for usps packages"? I live near the Alafaya post office and try to avoid it at all cost! Too chaotic. I usually take the extra 15 minute drive the Christmas post office. Never a line and those small branches can use the revenue. I will make the drive next time. My estimation is I spent about $75.00 more at the ups store. read more

This was the first time and the LAST time I ever walk into this UPS store. I was assisted by a Sam, his ID said Owner so apparently if the workers are rude I know where it came from. I called and spoke to him and asked about fingerprints being done there, he explained how to go about it and I thought ok great ready to go. I came in 7 minutes after my scheduled time. When I walked in I mentioned I was a little late to which he goes uh oh, I hope that doesn't mean you're late for work. I was like oh no I'm free today and he said no I meant going to work in general-hope that you don't make it a habit to be late. First of all inappropriate-like who are you? I smiled and said no I'm never late to work. So two patrons walk in and he proceeds to help her concludes and then asks the gentleman may I help you? I then interjected, you don't have anyone else working here? He laughs and says no, why? I said bc I was first. He proceeds to stop himself and says you're right. But that wasn't enough of a response for him so he goes-your procedure takes longer so I generally help others first and besides you were late for your appointment. This is when I hit full fledged anger, oh and they were there to be helped at their appointment time? He was such a jerk and there's more to this story involving me telling him to not yell at me. All I know is that my prints better go through or I will be walking back into his store. I'm also going to see how else I can report his treatment. I hope he's reading this-if you woke up this morning with the hope of providing poor customer service and making sure a patron never sets foot in your little store-you succeeded!
