Walking into this darkened room is quite an experience. As you walk in, there are hundreds of mailboxes left and right, and it almost feels like if you are walking into a mystical apothecary shop, something that belongs in "Gremlins", or even "Hellraiser". All this is accompanied by the incessant screeching of a 3D printer, this is the soundtrack to your visit, and you cannot leave without asking "what is that noisy thing?". That's how you learn they 3D print, something I consider a huge plus. Further back you see piles and piles of brown boxes next to colorful boxes, all with a white label on it, ready to go. To the left, there is a small retail area where you can buy shipping stuff, like tape, envelopes, cardboard boxes, etc. Two employees are frantically working on separate counters no bigger than a cafeteria tray, taping boxes, labeling, weighing, scanning. They are sweaty, disheveled, delirious, but worse of all, they seem to be eager to keep going, as if they had found ecstasy in this endless flow of incoming and outgoing boxing and labeling. They certainly are enlightened beings, they are ONE with the Universe, I know this. I only came to drop off an Amazon return. Almost seven dollars to send a simple fax. That is not a typo, almost seven dollars to send a fax. I understand a business needs to make money and the rent in this shopping mall can be somewhat high, but seven dollars seems rather exorbitant for a simple fax. There are other similar businesses that I would rather patronize. read more

This UPS store is located on Lake Underhill and Alafaya Trail. It shares the plaza with a Winn Dixie, a Little Ceasers and McDonalds. It is a small store that has shipping supplies also. In these pandemic times it is comforting to see the signage on the door requiring masks, limit of occupancy and social distancing guidelines. I was greeted jovially upon entering. I handed the attendant my pre labeled package, he smiled, suggested I wait for a receipt and was in and out in less than five minutes. That is what I call great service. When needed, I will recall this and return to this UPS store. read more

This review is for using the UPS Store as a place to return cable boxes and equipment. Our provider (AT&T UVerse) told us to return the equipment here. I think we also did this a few years ago with Comcast. It was pretty easy. We carried in our cable boxes. We provided the guy at the counter with some account information (I think name and address). He scanned the boxes, looked at the other equipment (controllers, power cords) and said that was it. He printed a receipt and we were on our way. There was a line forming behind us and some people had some big boxes to be processed. Seems like a good and popular place to ship things. It seems on par with FedEx and the USPS for shipping things. read more

This location has some of the best employees I've ever met. The manager was super helpful with calculating the cost of my shipment and the best boxes and safest way to pack it up. Paul was especially helpful with the measurements and helping me lift the boxes very friendly staff. Everyone was smiling and helpful. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES DELIVERED HERE! I upgraded my iPhone and paid to have the package sent to this ups store, since I was not home to receive and sign for my package. I received an email from ups that my package was ready for pick up and signed for my Tanner, and left at the front desk. once I got there the girl at the desk was completely unhelpful and standoffish and told me my box was not there and to call back tomorrow. despite me explaining my tracking number and email reflected otherwise. I called customer service and explained what happened.. they reached out to the store. I received a call from that same unhelpful employee who was apologetic and informed me she reviewed the camera and aw the delivery driver dropped my box off, but was seen picking it back up and walking out with it. from that point I was told multiple lies by UPS.. stating that it was a mis-scan and never made it to the store, they said the warehouse had it. the ware house said the store had it. I was even told it was sitting on the truck. i was given the run around for an entire week until finally i requested a refund from Verizon. to boot.. I went into the store after they told me ok the phone my box was there.. to find out if wasn't.. and the very unprofessional kid Tanner happened to be there.. was Fl wet confrontational, mocked me, took my drivers license and refused to give it back after I told him i was not speaking to him... I was speaking to the assistant manager. his response was "Oh you're not talking to me? I got your license! " the assistant manager had no back bone and said there was nothing she could do about his behavior. completely unprofessional, not helpful and a bunch of snotty kids who know nothing about customer service. the store was trashed l, with boxes lined from floor to ceiling.. it's a miracle they find anything. I filed complains and emailed the store manager.. still no response from them at all. Who would have thought it would have been sick a hassle to receive your own package you paid twice to have sent. and I got no refund from UPS. use another store read more

This store on notary has no clue what a document is , went there on 6-11-2021 spent $17.28 to have a document notaries , they have kid's doing this it's crazy my paperwork was sent back to me because she had me sing in the wrong place, they can't even read a document right , went to my bank and got it done right, don't use this pale they will tell you like they told me they ain't lawyer's . BS they need to at least know where the customer needs to sing, dint even offer to give me my money back read more

In person, this store is great. For me and my husband, we travel A LOT and have our mail constantly forwarded to us. Because of their change over of staff and one lady who was super hard to understand, they messed up our shipping a lot and often had to send it last minute to get to us on time, costing us more in shipping. They've messed up not nearly as often as getting it right, but when they messed up it was usually big time and a real bummer for us who can't turn back to where we'd been traveling to. I also found just 2 of their staff completely useless while the others have been excellent. I've learned to just hang up the phone when the useless ones answer and try later for someone that knows what they're doing. read more

My wife and I stopped in the other day to drop off two authorized returns; one weighed in at almost 60 pounds! The shipping was prepaid by the seller in each case. The staff received and scanned the items; and, provided us with a receipt. With the larger item, they were very helpful. I had planned to stop in to ship an item; but, that didn't work out, as the vendor had an alternative shipping preference. However, this is a great little store; and, they have all the shipping supplies you could ever need. They also sell stamps, which could have saved me a trip to the USPS! read more

There is a short haired female worker with glasses at this location named Brianna that seems to do her absolute best to not help you. I unfortunately have had to go here to return packages because UPS can never find our apartment to pickup a return package from home. Both times I've come she immediately has some excuse as to why they can't do it and she starts the interaction with that. Oh the package needs to be better secured, that label needs to be printed, etc. It's always we can't and never an attitude if let's figure out how can we can get this done. Not everyone has a printer at their house these days and I know a digital barcode can be used for returns. Straight up horrible service. I sent this email to the one provided below and will give more context to the interaction. Hello, Today on June 5th I visited the above location at around 10:00-10:30am to have a package shipped back for a return. I spoke to Brianna who I informed what I was trying to do. I show her the package and the barcode (on my phone) of the return label and she immediately tells me it "needs" be printed. That was her verbiage, it NEEDS to be printed. So when this occurs I immediately expressed frustration with her immediate choice to say "I can't". I tell her I don't have a printer at home and I've done it before with a digital barcode. No foul language was exchanged nor any raising of my voice, I solely told her I feel as she always offers no solutions and only tells me what she can't do. This is because on April 11th I had a similarly bad experience with Brianna when I had to do another return. On that day I came in with a package that wasn't fully taped up and she tells me it can't be shipped like that. Fine, there is tape in store so surely they can either assist me with that or offer to sell me tape. She did neither, no offered solution and I left because I had my child and didn't have time to deal with it in store. Now on this June 5th visit I was just a husband who was being sent in by his wife to process a return. So after Brianna told me I can't do it unless it's printed I called my wife and put her on speaker phone while still at the desk. I did so for my wife to hear why I can't do it. I end the call and leave. I return home and my wife then goes to the store at around 11am and what happens? Another rep takes the box, tapes it up, scans the DIGITAL barcode and quickly processes the exchange. My wife brings up the fact that I was just here and was told it needed to be printed. Brianna tells my wife after she told me that it needs to be printed I stormed off while on the phone before she tell me anything. This is a complete LIE. Right after she told me that I asked her if there is a way to still do it in store and she never told me it was possible. I called my wife and put her on speaker phone at the desk. Not only did Briana lie to me about the NEED to print it she also lied about how the interaction went. She had ample time to tell me it's still possible in store, she just chose to not tell me because she didn't like my attitude. Her turning bright red when my wife called her out said it all. I have worked Retail for 10 years myself. I am not someone to be rude for minor things and if I am upset I am reasonable. In my field if a customer is angry I won't purposely withhold information because I didn't like their attitude. That's your ego getting in the way of doing your job. Brianna overall was very unprofessional and should learn how to interact with customers. On both of those occasions she started our interaction with "we can't" and clearly lied about what was required on the June 5th visit. I wrote my yelp review right after my visit and I can see there is another one from 12 months ago expressing the same dissatisfaction with what I assume is her service. Trust me if UPS drivers would know where to find our apartment when doing returns I would NEVER go into that store. There's a young woman with glasses who seems like she hates her job and hates any customer that walks in. I came in with my package (daily big) and she gave me a dirty look then asked "is this all one package?" To make sure I was not making her job difficult. My advice is if you're not just making a Amazon return go to a different UPS store because that's really the only thing this store can do or wants to do. I got a UPS package that was delivered to my house that wasn't mine or my address so I figured just take it to the closest UPS store and they will take care of it. The supervisor said that no this store can't take returns but could take my Amazon return. I took it to the store down the road a couple miles on Alafaya (Eastwood Shopping Center) and they took it back with no problem at all. Just had to leave without being able to conduct a simple mail transaction, simple because the staff has no idea what to do beyond Amazon returns. The manager, of course, was not there. Additionally, this store is dirty!!! If my company didn't require this specific package go through our UPS acct, I would save myself a headache and take it to FedEx. Worst service I have ever experienced. The 2 females working there were very unfriendly. I said hello when I came in and neither of them acknowledged me. This store is stocked with all of your shipping goods. They have copiers and mailboxes for rent. They have the capability to 3D print if your interested in that. EVERY time I go to this store the employees are super helpful. Whatever I need to mail I am in and out the door in under ten minutes. It might be cheaper to mail from the post office but the closest appears to be the clusterf--k that is the Waterford Lakes branch. One could age a life time standing in that line. read more

They helped me with choosing boxing options and it ended up being almost $30 less than the post office. They taped the box for free-everyone else charges. As my laptop is from the UK and all that was needed was, the printing done, my limited knowledge was helped by the manager. Very friendly people. They did not seem to know what the Nespresso pods were which was ok except the young girl wanted to argue w me about where I get my bags.?HOWEVER, I said when I came in that I did not have any bags and would like to drop them off. Girl immediately went into where do I get my bags? Why did I not bring them with?! I had already said I did not have any w.
