I was looking for a place to get a Christmas stocking embroidered. This popped up in line and I called and they said to just drop by. When I came in they were very friendly and helpful. For embroidery, they had somewhat limited fonts but lots of colors. The system they use is great to track everything electronically. My only big reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the weight time. I waited about 2 weeks for my 4 letters to be embroidered BUT to be fair, they did say it would be that long so it wasn't a surprise. "Impress Ink Comes in Clutch" -- If there was a title I could give this review, this would be it. A little background....the 2018 Miss Vietnam Florida Pageant occurred just a while ago, and one of the new things we implemented this year was incorporating pageant tanks with names of the businesses that helped sponsor the event on the back of the tank shirts. I had to knock a star off a few months after our event as the shirt I have now has a completely unraveled bottom hem. We got the Gildan Ultra Cotton and should have opted for the Heavy. I'm just disappointed that they'd carry a product that didn't stand up to long-lasting quality. I didn't even wear it more than 3 times before it started to come apart. Their printing is excellent, no fading/stretching/cracking, but with such great quality between printing and production time, you wouldn't expect they'd carry such a poor quality shirt. But I guess they do to satisfy those of us on a budget - next time I know to opt for the higher priced shirts and just deal with the cost - it's worth it to not have an unraveled shirt bottom. read more

Service was quick but charged a $100 express fee. I guess they are very busy printing COVID shirts. We placed an order for our shirts made every effort to make it's easier as several shirts had different numbers on them. When we received our shirts several had missing vinyl, several had errors the vinyl was changing colors on a color locked shirt. I called the owner to get it fixed he offered a part redund not even the amount to cover our cost of the shirt. Or he could redo them on his brand of shirt that was $10 cheaper than the shirts we provided. Went to pick them up and he has an attitude after several phone calls, I hung up twice due to him interrupting me as I am explaining that its 1pm and you haven't started our shirts and you close at 5:30 then at 5pm shirts are still not done! I show up I check the shirts and several a so bad we cant even use them. One has paper all over the vinyl still another shirt is already snagged and messed up another is cracked and they just got done. He refused to give a refund to the mess up and was extremely disrespectful and nasty twords me. We wont be using this company ever again. read more

Great business with minor mishaps. I put in an order for shirts and there were quite a few mishaps that happened. First, they didn't receive my approval of the proofs through email, so I got a call 3 days later about it and had to approve over the phone. I did stress to them how important my deadline was however, and they did produce the shirts with a miraculous turnaround time. There was also a communication error on their part, but I chalked it up as being a misunderstanding. I ordered a shirt online as a gift for a friend and when I did not get it after 8 days, I emailed them and was told by Mike that they were backlogged and that it would ship out next week. Hello, you charge $5 for shipping and you can't provide tracking? After another 8 days and still no shirt, I emailed them again asking for a refund, but no response and no refund.
