I ordered shirts for my son graduation and did not get the quality service I expected. The job was rushed & poorly done. When I aked for a replacement I was told I had to purchase again. Cupid and her husband didn't want to listen to what the customer had to say. They had already made up in there mind No refund or replacement without full price fee was going to happen..I would not recommend! 13 years of being in business should never produce this type of work. Just unbelievable​ - Today I​ received​ an anonymous​ ​call asking if I can receive​ text messages on my phone number, caught​h off guard​ I said yes. Shortly after, I received​ a threating​ text message from Cupid the owner suggesting I withdraw my credit card dispute​ because I'm committing credit card fraud. How much more out of place can this business be. Their customer service​ was nonexistent​ and unreasonable and now to take this steps further, she approaches ​ me and tries​ to sway me from holding her responsible​ for the poor quality of workmanship​, missing the ​promised delivery date​, and damaging​ one of the items that they were imprinting. The unwillingness to resolve the issue by simply redoing the job is what lead me to the dispute​. I'm happy to report that American Express stands behind their customers and found in my favor on March 23rd,​ 2018 and provided a full refund. Thank you American Express for caring about your customers and always putting us first. First of all I want to say the staff was very friendly but here is my story.....I have NEVER ordered t-shirts before so I had no idea what I was doing. I had a graphic designer create an image for The T-shirt Express to print. They were very helpful and created a sample t-shirt that I had to pay for and was totally messed up. I had gone back in forth with them several times, mostly because I had never printed something before so I can understand some of the confusion. After that I went back to the graphic designer who was very perplexed at how the product had turned out. She re-did everything so it was as simple as possible and even wrote a detailed letter to the company so there wouldnt be any more confusion. When I sent them the information here is what the said in response: "From my five years of experience, whenever there is a customer that has this level of precise detailing, they are often never satisfied with any product results. Therefore foreseeing this I have learned to humbly bow out gracefully. Respectfully I am declining this order.​ Best of luck in accomplishing your printing needs". This level of precise detailing???? Isn't that what they should be doing...what I asked? Now I don't have time to get my shirts printed and the whole project is canceled. They were for a summer camp that does not have t-shirts now. I asked her to please reconsider but she said no. Beware! I called and talked to Ms. Cupid and she was super nice and was able to work with us to get pricing for the order based on our design in less than 30 minutes. Although the staff is very kind, the professionalism and lack of communication were cause for concern. * Quoted one price range, total came out way over. * Bought my own shirt (they lacked majority of colors advertised) * Chose my seperate fonts for front and back * Was told I would be able to pick up the next day after they called. ~~4 DAYS LATER~~ I haven't heard back. Went over to the shop. When he showed me the shirt, the design was completely off and neither of the two fonts I chose were there. They said they ran out of BOTH printed fonts. . . . POOR customer service!!! On Friday, 1/7/22, I visited T Shirt Express on Old Winter Garden road and spoke to a male, who took my order and pointed to the sign to send my art work too. I made a full credit card payment of $366, sent my artwork to the email posted up and was advise that my order will be ready by the next Friday 1/14/22. All week I did not receive any calls or email until the evening of Thursday 1/13/22. The female that called stated that she did not receive my email. She confirmed my email address and continued to state that she does not have it. I told her I am resending the email. I simply asked her why I am now receiving a call about an email not being receive and will I still be able to have my order on Friday. She rudely stated "we are T shirt express and can have orders ready in 1 hour" then accused me of being rude for simply asking a legit question. After she made that statement, she hung up the phone on me. Shortly after, I received ONE text message with a link to view my receipt. When I clicked on it, it showed a refund of $341 (mind you I paid $366) with no other explanation leaving me confused. I attempted to call and was not able to get anyone on the phone. Today, I called and asked for the owner, a lady identified herself as the owner. I asked her about the partial refund I received to my credit card for an order I did not cancelled. It was not explained to me prior that my order will be canceled, which in its self is an inconvenience to me. With speaking to the lady who identified as the owner, it was stated that she cancelled my order because they couldn't meet the deadline due to discrepancies with the email. She lied and stated that she did sent text messages to me about the refund (which I did not receive). I then asked then why am I not receiving my full refund for an order canceled at their will and not by me. She then left me on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to hear why I have not received a full refund for an order that was not cancelled by me but at the owners discretion. I eventually hung up because clearly she has no respect for my time and appears to intentionally leaving me on hold for me to hung up. I tried calling back and no answer. Not only was the own rude but very unprofessional. I will be waiting for my refund before this is escalated in court! I don't have time for games! I have the right to my full refund! read more

Phenomenal customer service! I had a last-minute order and they were super patient as we planned the artwork, then I left with shirts in hand after about 30 minutes.
