I run a Veterans Charity, so I have in the past needed name badges. Our badges are on a RED-WHITE…read more& BLUE flag background. The badges came out PINK-WHITE & PURPLE. When i said I could not use them, the owner got angry with me (like it was my fault) and said he couldn't do the badges for me. I bought them anyway because i needed the badges that day for an event. I had to replace them (PINK-WHITE & PURPLE. old glory didn't go over well in a patriotic crowd) I tried again to use his services. I wanted the Charity Name, (Counseling to Careers, Our Veterans and Families) a picture of the WWII famous kiss and the name of the Gala AND the year on the Yeti style cups. I got everything EXCEPT THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND THE YEAR!! (He didn't follow instructions) AND one of the lids was broken! I know We didn't break the lid, and He denies he did it and tried to bully me by saying "Are you calling me a liar?" He called in his side kick who told me that she "expected me to give them trouble over the broken lid, because that is the kind of guy you are" Then she brought up my displeasure over the PINK-WHITE & PURPLE FLAG badges as if I should have liked them. There was only one tiny piece of lid debris in the box which the cups were delivered to him in, and the rest i am sure was in their trash can in the back. Now the veterans charity Counseling to Careers will need to spend money twice (we paid them for the cups) ... to have the cups engraved again, to put the company name on them AND THE YEAR...WHICH THEY ALSO NEGLECTED TO PUT ON THEM. This takes money directly out of services we supply for free to our Veterans and their Families. Services such as PTSD counseling, Suicide prevention, Employment services, and homeless support. By the way, the Award Trophy guy said "we don't want any of your business anymore", like I would give them a third chance. I suggest that you don't give them the benefit of the doubt. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, the cups were supposed to be $12 each for the engraving. they overcharged our charity by over $11.00.

They answered all my questions over the phone and provided all the estimates. The job took all day, they detailed my vehicle, Clayed bared it and did the 3M protection wrap! I got the front, sides, doors, and the trunk lid area. They did a fantastic job! The fact that other places which do wrap commented on how well it was done says a lot about them! If you have a vehicle which you want to protect I would definitely recommend doing 3M protection. I still have one last project for them! Thanks for an amazing look!

Miracle Movers were hired to move a few large pieces of furniture out of this home to a condo in Titusville that they had purchased. Miracle Movers had difficulty in moving the couches through the front door and damaged the thin steel foam core door as in denting and scraping the outside of the door (see photo). My brother and his wife pointed out to the movers what they did to the entrance door and they acknowledged it. My brother sent pictures of the damage to the door immediately to myself and a person I assume, that runs the company. We'll call him Kelly. "Kelly" texted me today and stated; that no way did his movers do this kind of damage to my entrance door and is completely denying that his company was involved. He also stated that this was old previous damage. I find "Miracle Movers" in Cocoa Florida, to not be a trustworthy company so beware of your choice of movers that you hire!
