It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! However, this location is usually an easy place to get to for a package drop-off/return order. I've always had a pleasant experience at this location (& MOST of their locations, if I am being honest). However, I typically only go to The UPS Store for return orders, so my time spent in each store is usually short-lived. Outside of that, good facility. Nice staff. They help me with my returns and even once when they were close to closing time, they were still willing to help. I can't stand doing that to businesses, but I just happened to forget and not realize what time the UPS store closed. I am always able to return my orders and get my receipt from them. There have been times where I did not realize that I had to pack an item before they could take it so they asked me if I had something in my car that I might be able to use that if I just put it in there they could take it up for me. They really are just very kind and very willing to help. The Amazon returns. There are free as long as you set it up through the Amazon app, which is also great and very convenient. I will continue to try and make all my Amazon returns through UPS if I'm able to. And I have also gotten things notarized there before and also had a few items shipped out. The price to do so is not bad and I would definitely recommend going to UPS to check their prices before going anywhere else.

There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.
