5 Stars for meeting my needs quickly and courteously! This will be a quick review because it was a quick visit (exactly what you want from a trip to any printing/shipping store). I had something to return and am lucky the online retailer uses Happy Returns for their returns. This option means you can go to any affiliated shipping spot, drop off your item, and immediately get reimbursed (versus shipping it yourself and waiting for the retailer to get your product back in-hand). This UPS store is a Happy Returns location so I was able to walk in, wait only a moment for the person ahead of me in line, and make my super simple transaction. Every other location is set up to send an email with a label and print it for you for a small charge, here, they don't offer that and they have a computer to rent that charges you minutes (annoying), well the computer constantly has popups that prohibited be from printing my label in a timely manner. I had to return to have my work redone because they omitted crucial information for my business. Be sure to document everything before allowing them to print. They tried to charge me more until I showed proof of their mistake. Thankfully, I wasn't charged extra, but the lack of professionalism and attention to detail was concerning. Very annoying experience. Had to send out a package on a Sunday before leaving town. I needed to print my pre-paid label and in order to do so requires using their computer which charges by the minute. Mind you, their computer is slow as duck with an f. My label was ready to go on my phone, but the time I spent pulling it up on their computer, plus an additional $0.39 per page took 4 minutes and about $5! To print one label. They tried to charge the guy ahead of me $2 just to tape his box, and he ended up walking out. I don't blame him! Pro tip: go to Fedex up the road and print your UPS labels there. And bring your own tape. Aside from simply dropping off a pre-labeled package, they bilk you on every other service. And avoid going on a Sunday if possible! read more

I called this store after calling customer service and numerous other locations trying to find the location of my package. I called numerous times. First the customer service was supposed to send me an email for details on my package. Never got it. They then hung up on me. Then the automated service hung up on me. Then the call back call I was supposed to receive also ended as soon as they answered. Terrible customer service. Just terrible. I have always used a UPS-owned location for needed services. Today I decided to use this location. It was an absolutely horrific experience. They would not help me in printing a label without renting their computer and charging for print. I returned home, printed the label, and came back with the package. The owner insisted that they have to tape the label to the box and for that, there is a charge. For a few inches of tape, REALLY? I am surprised I was not charged for a response to my saying Good Morning. Absolutely never will I use this location as well as telling all my circle of friends regarding this terrible location. Do Not Come here. Terrible Customer Service. They were also making fun of homeless customers, disgusting. Rude owners. They're definitely doing the UPS Corporate brand a big disservice. I've NEVER had this issue with one of the dozens of other stores that charges a buck to print me a label.. The guy made some excuse that Corporate is forcing it, I call BS. So after messing around with their computer for 3 minutes and being charged $5 dollars with no label being printed I walked out. Come here if you want an extremely difficult process to print a return Amazon label. But in reality, go to FedEx, no BS there.. I had a return package and label for Amazon. All nicely printed and boxed and all it needed a 9 inches of a simple tape to seal the box and they said they have to charge me $1 to give me a 9 inches piece of tape??? Wow this was the most Desperate move I have ever seen for a $1. I was using Fedex anyway around the same distance to my office and they have a first class service while doing their best to help you by giving even boxes sometime. I ship all my samples thru Fedex and USPS sometimes. If Amazon didn't give me the label I would never be there the first place so there was an opportunity for us to use them maybe. It's no wonder there are so many complaints about this location. The little guy working the counter is completely unhelpful. I usually visit the UPS store in my neighborhood but this location happens to be close to my office. Night & day difference! This guy rolls his eyes and treats you like a problem. Wouldn't even accept my amazon package like the other location does and will try to charge you to use a piece of tape! The location in college park will help you make sure your package is secure, label is on correctly and they treat you like they want you to return. Don't come here for your fingerprints or your results will be disapproved by the FBI (waste of your time and delays things) The man who does fingerprints here is rude and rushes you, and doesn't use anything but a napkin to clean the screen for fingerprinting whereas other locations uses cleaner between every finger scan. read more
