Saturday, June 6, 2026 (Noonish) - I had three boxes of returns - each one from a different company. In my haste to make the returns before it got too late in the day, I failed to print the return shipping labels I needed, neither of the labels were the qr code kind in which the UPS Store can print them for you. As I was trying to figure out where I could print without going all the way back home, the gentleman let me know I could forward the labels to their designated email address, and he could print them for me. The fee was $2.50 for the initial service + $0.50 per printed page. In my situation, it was like "a ram in the bush". After expressing the utmost thanks, I was able to have each return shipping label printed. The customer service is normally good here, and today is was definitely giving great. The store was clean, organized, and cool [had a/c]. This is my preferred location, and today I was reminded why (one more time). read more

The workers here are very sweet and talkative! They're very quick, great at answering questions, and always have smiles on their faces. I normally only stop in here to bring in my recycle bag full of Nespresso pods, but each time, the workers greet me, smile, and help me ship my item. read more

I received a package and the driver lied saying it was signed and delivered. I live in an apartment and packages are delivered to our front office. I went to the front office and told them that my package was delivered and signed by the name that UPS said said for it. She said that she wasn't in the office at the time and they will often just put a name down and leave. My package was not there. So they clearly lied about delivering my package. I called the UPS locations to try and find out who delivered my package and if they could contact the driver or direct me to the UPS location that distributed my package. They were no help. Even customer service was supposed to send me an email that would allow a claim to be created and my distribution center would be notified. Never received that email. So long story short, UPS employs liars. USPS and FEDEX are way better. Use them if you don't want to deal with drivers who say someone signed for your package when no one did, say it was delivered when it wasn't. Or poor customer service. Just TERRIBLE. read more

This really pangs me to write because I used to be an employee of the UPS Store ages back and I loved it. I'll always hold a special place in my heart for the Store's. We came in to get a single form notarized on two separate pages and was quoted $10. We upfront showed Janet that there are 2 separate pages of the 13 page document that had to be notarized. We explained I needed to sign one and it be notarized , and my husband needed to sign the other and it be notarized. No worries. She confidently gave us the quote of $10 since it's one document even though we are signing 2 separate pages. After she signed one of them, THEN she changed her quote to $20 because she has to stamp her stamp 2 times. Ok. What grinds my gears is that we told her we needed the single form stamped on 2 separate pages, one page for his signature, and one separate page for mine. Now that she already signed his, she changed her quote. She already read the paperwork (which as a notary myself, unnecessary-your stamp is to witness that the ID and the person who sign in front of you is a match, that's literally it). If she started with $20, no problem. The problem was literally that she changed her mind after signing and stamping one of them AND we clearly showed her 2 separate pages PRIOR to agreeing to the service and stepped her through it so there was no misunderstanding. Read this review before using this location or it's services. Omar is a certified scam artist. I went to this location at Gateway Crossings to return an Amazon item. Amazon sent a pre-paid return label which I transferred to a USB drive. Handed my USB drive to Omar as I've done in the past at other UPS locations and walked over with him to the copier and printed one page black and white with the label. I also informed him that the top of the package would need to be taped. He advised it would be a $1 "taping fee", no problem. Omar rang me up at the register and when I reached for my card the total was $3.84, I asked him where the new dollar amount came from since I only agreed to a $1 "taping fee". He said there was a $2 "Computer Use" fee. This made me pause because the computer is on the other side of the small office. I pointed to the computer and said I didn't use the computer, in fact it's not even on. He said normally he would have customers e-mail the file over to him which he would send to the printer and he was doing me a favor by walking my USB drive over to the printer to print it out. He also added that the "Computer Use" fee is normally $3 but he is giving me a discount. (A discount for a service I did not use). Rather than press the issue further I went to pay. He stopped me and said it has to be $4 minimum. Now I've heard of FedEx putting a $10 temporary hold for prints on your card, but this was something entirely new to me. Again, I just wanted to leave at this point so put a smile on my face became very friendly, knowing I would wait until my package was shipped from that location and I would post a detailed review on as many review sites as I could. I grabbed the nearest object which was a 2" x 110 Yd Clear Tape Roll for $4.99 - The receipt breakdown is as follows: Taping Fee - $1.00 Print B/W 8.5x11 QTY 2 (He charged me for 2 pages somehow) - $0.78 Computer Use - $2.00 2" x 110 Yd Clear Tape - $4.99 Subtotal $8.77 Sales Tax $0.41 The total came to $9.18 After he gave me my receipt I realized that he also charged me for the page I printed (which is expected) however he charged me for a "Computer Use" fee in addition to that. I realize now he was attempting to get me as close to $4 as possible without going over so I would have to purchase another item. A normally free trip for a return via FedEx and other UPS stores turned into a $9.18 visit and I only used this location because I was on the other side of Altamonte Springs that day. The best thing I can do is warn people of this location. He is does not represent UPS well and other reviews can attest. Isn't it fraud to charge someone for services they did not receive? I mailed my very very important documents via ups at this location. There is no tracking information available even after 10 days. When I went there and spoke with the lady, she said you should contact usps but usps says they didn't receive any mail from ups. Since I mailed through ups store, atleast they can call and inquiry about but she boldly said, we are not responsible for it. Poor poor poor customer service. Natasha locked the door 10minutes early. I thought they were only allowing one person in at a time due to social distancing. I stood out front with 2 other people ahead of me. Natasha opened the door at 6:03 and said she was sorry they were closed. The two people in front of me said they had been waiting for 10minutes. She let them in but told me they are closed. They close at 6, I had asked for a business card with the managers name on it she said she would be more than happy to get me one. But left me standing outside the store. This is not only unacceptable but very poor customer service. I will never go to this location again and would still like for a manager to get back with me so I can discuss this, since she didn't come back with a business card. read more

4 stars for an easy drop-off location. I usually go to this UPS Store to drop off packages every week or so, as it's location is near my house. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a receipt for my package. The staff is friendly. I haven't had to use any other services, other than a package drop off. But I know if you need any boxes or shipping supplies they are available, but of course expensive as you are paying for the convenient factor. read more

I went in today to send a birthday gift for my mom which lands on Monday the first. Not only is it at an important day for me personally, but, Nationally. March first is the first day of Women's Month--a celebration of present and past extraordinary women in our country's history. This brings me to Natasha, whom helped me today at this UPS Store, a little over a week before the aforementioned date. Natasha was nothing short of extraordinary. In fact, she went above and beyond--she was exemplary during a time when almost a year after facing a pandemic of this proportion, (100 years later almost to date) she still manages to welcome me with a strong resounding "Welcome" and a smile that only someone with vast life experience and that is still Holding steadfast to hope can summon. She was the epitome of excellent customer service. If I could have had the chance to talk to whom ever stands above her in the store, I would have told them this. Anyone that has lived in the Northeast, specifically Boston, knows what a true customer service attitude is compared to the disappointing and often aloof help you receive in Florida (yes, even in Orlando, though nothing compared to Miami). Natasha was the polar opposite of this. She engaged with me on a personal level you often see in small 'towns'. We shared a few laughs and one touching moment on which I want to finish my review with a side note, if you will. Please, let's all remember the attitude we had for our essential workers (in the frontlines and not) when this first started. We regarded them as heroes for helping those of us not in the customer service industry to maintain a sense of normalcy while they continued with daily tasks during a time when we barely knew anything about Covid. They were afraid. Worried. And struggling mentally like the rest of us WHILE still showing up for work. This is not a conditional attitude the public--the world--should have towards 'essential' workers because they are 'heroes' during "interesting times" in our global history. This is an essential attitude we must all have for them at every given moment. Kindness and respect are not conditional; they are not earned. They are the default. Someone can lose your respect but they should never have to gain it. The norm is, and all should be reminded that "I respect you, because you are a human being". That is the default. Please, be kind. No one knows the experiences that anyone else is having in their day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year. Natasha, I hope you read this and know that today you made a difference just by being you. This store is my default UPS store from now on Because of you and I will make it my goal to only visit when you are in. Thank you. And a special shout out to Pedro, whom I didn't interact with as much, but from over hearing his own style of service with other customers that came in, I know falls within the same category as Natasha. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I shipped a package from this UPS store in October 2018. The package was shipped from Altamonte Springs to my daughter in Houston. The package did not arrive. I contacted the store twice by phone and left a message with a person both times to have my call returned (not voice mail but left a message with an actual person). Twice my call was not returned. I then went in to the store to talk with the manager on October 24, 2018. My claim had been closed without my permission and without the package being received. UPS attempted to say that my daughter had told them that the package was received which was a lie. The $100 insurance claim has never been paid to me. I called the store again today, November 8, 2018. UPS had closed my claim again. In speaking to UPS, they indicate that my claim needs to be reopened. Each time, after closing my claim, UPS keeps asking me to reopen the claim (which has been done twice) which is a 10 day delay with UPS then closing the claim. Both times reopening the claim only meant a 10 day delay; no additional steps were taken to investigate the shipment. My daughter even gave a statement that the package was not received. It is an endless cycle with no change in outcome. The definition of insanity is...repeating the same thing expecting a different outcome. After a month's time, my expectation is that the $100 claim should be paid. This store has acted in a fraudulent manner AND lacks customer service. I had to tell the manager that an apology for not having two calls returned would be the minimum that I would expect before he offered an apology for the poor customer service. The store manager needs to take ownership of successful delivery of packages and resolve claims in an expeditious manner by paying the insured value. The purpose of the insurance that THE UPS STORE carries is to pay claims. I will not be back to this store. I suggest that if you have valuables that you do not ship from here either! It is a waste of your time to try to resolve a claim with this store. read more
