This UPS store is very close to my house so whenever I have to ship anything or return anything from Amazon I come here. The two main employees are always so nice and so fast. I'm in and out within minutes and I really appreciate their hard work! read more

Not only do they provide very quick service, but they are consistently so friendly and helpful, regardless of who is assisting me. It went well. The store was not crowded when I arrived, and the transaction took place fast. The only issue I have is the Sunday closure. I often have to mail items back home on the weekend, and I'd much prefer to use UPS. But this one is closed. I know there is a way to print a label electronically, but it looked complicated and full of ways things could go wrong. And then if I go to one of the drop-off points, how do I know my package has been logged in and sent off? Otherwise, good. read more

THESE PEOPLE ARE FANTASTIC! They provide a pickup and shipping service with TSA at MCO on Mon-Wed-Fri. I accidentally left my laptop and iPad at the airport TSA West Security checkpoint late Monday night. Called TSA lost and found office on Tuesday morning and low and behold they had my computer and iPad! Amazing! They said they coordinate with this UPS Store which they did and these folks picked it up on Wednesday morning, called me, and shipped the items the same day overnight delivery (which I asked for and gladly paid for). I received my very well wrapped and boxed package Thursday morning at 10:30 AM. Wow! Saved my bacon! What a great service they provide! Will use them again (hopefully for not as urgent a shipment!). read more

Came here to ship a box to ATT. The man behind the counter was very friendly. He did make an effort to locate my account number so that I can ship my router back to AT&T. I had the account number, but could not locate it in the system. He needs that, in order to determine the correct address to ship this to. He gave it several times, luckily I had a bill with me. He was kind enough to give me one of his cards, and said to call give it a try over the phone to see if he can pull up the account before I again. I thought this is very thoughtful of him. For all of that experience, will try him again in the future. read more

Very cheap people. Will charge you for every. little. thing. Can you believe it costs a $1 to print a page in black and white? And the store manager will fight you if you comment on it? I'm surprised I didn't get charged for stapling my two papers (that I asked to be printed front and back) together. read more

I placed on online order with this location. The order was printed by mid-day and I stopped by after work to pick the order up. The employee, Pete, told me a few of the copies hadn't come out well so he had printed 40 extras. Not sure why he didn't just replace the bad copies. However, when I looked at the prints, they were horrible. The colors were all off, the pictures were blurry, and some looked like the paper was damaged. Additionally he showed me the "good" new ones, that had blue streaks all over them. He tried to blame it on the file I sent (though I had printed a clean, good copy of the file from home before sending it). He obviously knew the quality of the order was bad because he quickly offered me a refund. However, he apparently did not know how to do this. He disappeared in to the back of the store for 35 minutes to work on it. He did not seem to have access to the order online because he didn't know how much I paid, whether I used a credit cared, etc. So, what should have been a 5 minute stop turned in to a 40 minute ordeal. I finally was able to get a refund, but I did not get the copies I needed and will now have to try and reorder from another store. When he finished the refund transaction, the store employee did not even attempt to apologize for the poor work or the extremely long time it took to figure out how to get me a refund. I will never return to this store location and I highly suggest you don't either. read more

Do not go to this store. They were rude from the minute we stepped up to the desk and claimed that we had to have the boxes taped up before we stepped up to the desk. I just got off the phone with UPS corporate office and I've confirmed that this is NOT true; they PREFER to see the items inside to insure there's nothing flammable, dangerous, illegal, etc. but it isn't mandatory. This ups store will charge you for every little thing. They tried to charge me $2 for each piece of tape to tape the top of 4 boxes even though the previous customer asked if she could use the tape and they gave her the tape dispenser - no charge. I pointed out this fact and they said that previous customer had a paid transaction. I tried to get him to read the label where it says I will be paying and he said he didn't want to see it. So I read it to him. I showed him that I am using a UPS label and he claimed he wasn't getting paid for that label - even though I confirmed it was a UPS label for $7.95 and the instructions stated I would be paying for it. He continued yelling at me even claimed that I would be receiving that money!!???!! (Huh??) It was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. He then went on another rant saying that he provides free boxes (I brought my own) and why didn't I want to support his business since he was providing this service? I told him that's not how business works here and the other ups stores help you put the packages together. He said I didn't have to be there and that he didn't have to help me. DON'T GO TO THIS UPS STORE. We ended up going to the waterford lakes ups store and had a completely different experience - they helped us get our boxes labeled correctly, printed out receipts, taped up the boxes for us and we went on our way. And no charge for the tape. No problems whatsoever - they even held the door for us as we were coming in with our packages. read more
