The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

They weren't able to take anything not boxed so I'm still having to move things between apartments after my move like ironing board. I would've liked the upfront notice. The movers themselves were very nice and professional and obviously trying their best. If I was writing about my impression of them it would be 5 stars, but getting a receipt shouldn't be this hard. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away.
