They wrapped all our furniture with padding, blankets, and shrink wrap so it was protected in the move and they were always cautious about making sure they didn't scrape any walls or door jams. I priced about 6 moving companies when I was planning my move and I felt like Legend Movers had the most reasonable rates. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control, I had to cancel our original move date with them on very short notice. Sky was so gracious and kind when I explained everything. He was very accommodating and reassured me it wasn't a problem. I was recommending him to my friends based on the level of customer service he provided at that time and the actual move exceeded my expectations. First of all, these people are not an actual dumpster company--they are brokers. They don't own any dumpsters, which makes dealing with them a nightmare when there's an issue. Here's what happened: I was charged an invalid $195 "failed trip" fee, which they claimed was because my dumpster was "overloaded past the brim." That was completely false. It then took five days of calling and leaving messages just to finally get Amelia on the phone to dispute this ridiculous charge. When I did, she was absolutely no help and just repeated the same excuse over and over. Zero effort to resolve the situation. In the end, I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge myself because they clearly had no intention of making it right. The whole process was frustrating, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. If you need a dumpster, stay far away from these people. Go to a real local dumpster company, not these shady brokers. They lure you in, tack on surprise fees, and then hide behind their so-called "agreement." Be warned--Budget Dumpster is sketchy, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
