1-800-GOT-JUNK to the rescue!!! I run an Airbnb and was left in a pinch when a guest left an absurd amount of trash that had to be removed before the next guest checked in that same day. Sean & Curtis were on my doorstep within an hour, were super professional, gave me a reasonable quote, and physically loaded all of the trash into their truck while in the pouring rain. Don't call this company. I used this company about two years ago and was pleased with the service so I called again today. I clearly told the dispatcher that I had used this company in the past and what my pricing expectation was. Company shows up to my home and said I had a half truck of junk and the cost would be $700.00. Mind you the last time I used the company they quoted me a removal fee of about 125.00. This time they wanted a $700 removal fee and another $300 to put the junk on their truc. This is a clear bait and switch situation. This company should have disclosed their NEW pricing structure when I made the appointment. They did not and I will never use this company again. The pricing structure is what it is. One price for a half load and one price for a full loa, plus $300 labor. Just disclose this up front. Had they done so, I would not have made the appointment and I suspect they are well aware of this. I am very disappointed in this company. read more

What is customer service? It is having a team like Thomas Payne and Dwayne Trawick Jr. from 1-800-GOT-JUNK arrive at your house to pick up your stuff. My appointment was for 11, but they sent me a text at 8:30 to see if they could come over earlier. I was delighted and replied yes, come on over. They were here in 10 mins as stated and with smiles and a sunny disposition they told me what the cost was going to be and the forms of payment. Then they proceeded to load my stuff. They were very gracious and did a wonderful job with a smile. They took everything. Today, was an absolute financial exploitation and possible theft at my residence. Two trucks showed up, and 5 guys scattered around my house and garage, loading up items before an agreement. Next thing I know, a quote is provided for almost $400 - all of these items could have been left on the curb for free pick up. A couch, chair, ottoman, toilets, and a table. A couple hours later we noticed an expensive area rug was missing. Not surprised considering they kept trying to add items to the bill. read more

so long story short a family member passed away and the house was bad full of trash we had got a 30 yard dumpster and filled it within a couple hours and still had a lot more left in the front yard i heard about this company from a co worker so i called them cuz the dumpster company couldn't come back out for two more days and we couldn't wait cuz of the hoa so i called and talk to them explained the situation and the two guys that came were very polite well mannered sweet guys and did everything they could to help us out cuz of the situation we were in they took two truck loads for us for a very affordable price they took everything out of the front yard on both sides of the yard for us we are so grateful for all they did for us we even tipped them generously for all their help and understanding and patience very excellent company i highly recommend them and the two truck loads they took was even cheaper than the dumpster sitting in the driveway wish we would of just went with them from the start very happy customer here read more
