Warning to Anyone Considering Snapbox Zephyrhills - Read Before You Rent…read more I strongly advise anyone considering Snapbox Zephyrhills to avoid this facility. My experience has been nothing but stressful, unsafe, and costly, and I want to warn others before they go through the same situation. My storage unit was robbed, and despite filing a claim with their insurance partner, ClaimsPro, my claim was denied because "there was no visible forced entry." This makes absolutely no sense, considering the access code and lock were provided by the facility--so anyone with internal access could enter without leaving damage. Yet they refuse to acknowledge that possibility. After the theft, I discovered alarming issues that the Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce confirmed they have received multiple complaints about, including: Customers being charged more than the agreed monthly rate The main entrance door often left unlocked, leaving the entire facility wide open No staff on site to assist customers or address safety concerns These are serious security failures for a place responsible for protecting people's belongings. I personally reported issues to Zephyrhills Police Department and I will file a formal complaint with the business authorities. I removed all my belongings, notified my bank institution to stop future payments, and I will never use this facility again.
