Looks like all units are first floor but not all are climate controlled. Selling points for me in choosing this location were the location close to Lake Nona, climate controlled units and the ability of our moving company to get their truck (60 foot) in when dropping off part of our belongings directly to storage. My only complaints are with the reservation process which is a corporate issue and not with the local staff. I moved here recently from out of state and needed to secure a storage unit prior to arrival in town. With Metro they will hold a unit for up to seven days but will not let you put a deposit or set up everything online. You need to be there in person to do all the paperwork and set up payments. Never having dealt with Metro before, let alone this location I was a bit concerned they might not have a unit for me when I arrived. I did not have a problem but it would have been nice to at least do all the paperwork online ahead of time and then all I would need to do when I arrived is show ID and sign paperwork.

Although not 30/50 amp, the 15 amp is sufficient to keep the RV batteries charged and can pre-cool the fridge, etc. Security isn't an issue and the security cameras do offer a view of the entire facility. The only minor drawback is there isn't a wash rack which would come in handy. Otherwise, it's a great place.

I was told CubeSmart doesn't have anything to do with the cube smart app and they couldn't help me. Several times I've come on the property only to find the office is closed. Can't find anybody I leave come back and still the office is closed sign in the door shows a clock that says we'll be back at 2:45. It's now 4:00 p.m. and still nobody has shown up. I have found some live insect a few times. Mostly the stench of cat urine permeates about. Don't try calling the 1-800 number it'll tell you that it doesn't recognize your phone number to have an account. Or it just will automatically disconnect you and hang up on you. The only two options available none of them allow you to speak directly to anybody. Really poor customer service when there's no way for you to reach anybody in the physical either by phone or in person
