Frank who is usually in the office onsite is extremely helpful, and such a pleasure to do business with. He's very knowledgeable about the facility and all there is to offer. Whatever your needs are Frank, Jessica, and the staff at this facility are able and willing to work with you to help you get the best units or spaces for your needs. They're always very kind, professional, and provides excellent customer service. After just our initial meeting establish service at the facility, we felt welcomed, as though we were joining a family. We've never had to worry about our belongings at the facility. The facility has cameras around the exterior of the facility, and each floor of the facility has security cameras throughout, which are monitored. There's a security pad that allows access only to those with their own personal codes. The facility is well maintained so there's no worry about pests. Hands down, this is the best and cleanest facility in Kissimmee! Great price, better services! I highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone that's looking for a clean and safe space to hold all the extra things they've accumulated in life.
