One thing I really appreciate is how organized the staff keeps everything. If a customer arrives without their items ready, the team politely asks them to step to the side so they can assist customers who are prepared. First off nobody greeted me at the desk for a few minutes till I made enough noise for the younger guy to look around the wall. He didn't approach me, I had to go to him. But he was having troubles with the copier, so he asked for help. The manager, Leilani(?) wouldn't even acknowledge him till I said something to her. When she approached me, she was in total bitch mode and was very grumpy. "Sorry if I bothered you ma'am", she replied with a grumble of sorts. What happened to customer service?? Isn't that her job? The little guy figured out it was a paper jam and fixed it. Under her breath, she asked him why he called for help then? Smh. NEVER AGAIN, will I go into that store. I'd rather go to Staples than to deal with her and the untrained staff. Maybe the owner needs to put Nick back over there. Just don't go there, you will regret it.
