There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. The most appalling experience I've ever had to deal with. Don't be swindled during pre-sales, they will respond to your texts, call you back, and "ensure" they have you covered. But when it comes down to the actual move, it was a frustrating experience. They were supposed to show up at 8:30am. 9:30... 10:30... they finally called us back, gave us some excuses for why they were late and said they would be here at 12:30pm. 1:30pm... 2:30pm... 3:30pm... 20 calls later. NO Response! Nothing. They just didn't show up and we had to call a different moving company for the next day. Thankfully we did not give them a deposit. Or else I'm confident they just would have taken it and went about their business. Look elsewhere everyone. Not worth your time.

We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch.
