I read the fine print and…read moreunderstood the drop off policies and the filling up of the gas, and the mileage because I asked questions to make it clear to me and I double confirm it with Uhaul Corporate as well as the the local businesses that works with Uhaul for the pick up and drop off of its trucks to make sure all parties are on the same page. When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. The Assistant Manager Arnie was very precise, professional, answers all questions, direct to the point and no BS! Ask the right questions and you get the right answers fast with superb service!

So after waiting awhile Fortress storage along with their manager, Theresa, found me a spot there to store my RV. Fortress storage is safe, clean, and easy to get in and out. The staff is amazing, I say this because my development found me a free space, I called Theresa, to let my spot go and because they are so good and have a waiting list to get in, they credited me my few days I didn't use. I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. The CubeSmart app stopped working for me within the first week of me getting my unit. When I came…read moreto the office and somebody was finally there I inquired as to why the app no longer was working. I was told CubeSmart doesn't have anything to do with the cube smart app and they couldn't help me. Several times I've come on the property only to find the office is closed. Can't find anybody I leave come back and still the office is closed sign in the door shows a clock that says we'll be back at 2:45. It's now 4:00 p.m. and still nobody has shown up. I have found some live insect a few times. Mostly the stench of cat urine permeates about. Don't try calling the 1-800 number it'll tell you that it doesn't recognize your phone number to have an account. Or it just will automatically disconnect you and hang up on you. The only two options available none of them allow you to speak directly to anybody. Really poor customer service when there's no way for you to reach anybody in the physical either by phone or in person

Sure enough, I needed a larger one and was glad that Erica had given me a view of one earlier and let me know where one was open, and Beverly got me moved over to it quickly, with very minimal fuss. Facility itself is clean, temperature is great, gate and such are well maintained. The carts have to live inside the office, which is a bit of a pain, but after learning it was due to the nearby hotel taking them otherwise, completely understandable.
