They are so bad in fact that that I am waiting for a response from him that was made weeks ago. Six months ago, Roberto replaced our entire lawn. One month ago, it showed significant signs of dying. I lI requested that he come and take a look and advise what should be done. I've called to leave messages, sent emails and all attempts to get him to do something was to no avail. It is because of this aversion to returning callls and doing anything that I would never recommend Suntree for anything.

From the first conversation, they treated me like a neighbor instead of just another customer. They cleared out a significant amount of brush and trees, leveled my property beautifully, and even helped me with my fence project afterward. The transformation was incredible. What was once an overgrown and uneven area is now a property I can truly enjoy and be proud of. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard every day, and paid attention to the little details that make a big difference. It's clear they care about doing the job right, not just getting it done. If you're looking for honest, hardworking folks who stand behind their work, I highly recommend them. I'd gladly hire them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, or neighbors.

My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

He swore that he would, and gave me his handshake on it. So, when he texted me approximately 2 months later to tell me that he was no longer going to weed the new beds while I was halfway across the country; sure, I suppose it can be argued that he gave me notice "in advance". I'd ask what the heck I was supposed to do at that point as flower bed upkeep labor is hard to find, particularly when you're not home. The photos show what it looked like when I left, and what I returned home to. They speak for themselves. As does the worth of David's handshake and promise.

This is part 2 of a review I gave the other week. Consider this not a 1 in the review scale but a…read morebig fat zero in job satisfaction regarding my latticework I had installed through this company. BTW, no one with Schurlnight Landscaping did any of the work. Kickin Grass Landscaping company is obviously a third party contracted to put in my landscaping which they did a good job installing. However the apparent owner Rayce did show the day he said he'd be here to walk through the details of our job and the day of the job, a Monday, he said they would arrive between 8-9am to start work and would finish our landscaping and putting in our latticework. However they didn't show up until 1:30pm and only had time to complete the landscaping. 11/11 two guys showed up (roofers) along with Rayce to start our latticework. Rayce stayed a short while after giving completely different instructions than we discussed with him and he told the guys to cut out 12' painted posts down to 10' and bury 2' which means our latticework would sit in the ground and be uneven at the top because the landscaping/ground runs slightly downhill. We bought 12' 4x4's, instructions were to bury these 3 ft with 9' remaining to place the 8' lattice against them with a foot at the bottom, ensuring the top is level all the way across (level to the horizon). The 4x4's should have been 4 feet apart as the lattice is 4 feet wide. They did not follow this and where the seems of the lattice landed, not against the 4x4 posts they tie wrapped the lattice together. The lattice is a total cluster. We called Rayce back out and he couldn't seem to focus on anything other than we used vinyl lattice material vs using wood and that's why it's flimsy. We know the vinyl material is flimsy but expected runners horizontally and attaching the seems Of the lattice to the 4x4's would give it maximum support. It was clear to us that Rayce of Kickin Grass doesn't have a working know-how of how to do this type of work and sent out roofers who have never installed a lattice fence either. I would never recommend using either of these companies, they are both culpable for poor work, lack of communication and follow-through. I don't even have the confidence after this evening's in person discussion with Rayce that he understands enough or cares enough about getting the job fixed properly. They plan to come back to fix the latticework and make it right but part of the lattice fence they need to fix to make it right, they would have to take down but won't do it so they will fix some structure support but won't be actually be making it completely right.
