My live scan fingerprints were not correctly done in Hawaii months ago and I was panicking. I needed my fingerprints done quickly for my Florida Nursing license!! I called Binary Biometrics and was quickly connected with a live person, "Andrew" who was at my DOOR in less than 2 hours!! He quickly and efficiently took my picture and electronic fingerprints. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. In less than 30 minutes, I had my fingerprints and picture completed and sent to the proper place for my background check. Look for the flags out front! :-) I had a little difficulty locating the building, despite GPS, but was nicely directed on the phone, by the very sweet young lady at the desk. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, & tidy. The overall experience was excellent. The software used seemed superior to that used at a competitor's location that I went to for a job screening (which including fingerprints) about 5 yrs ago. I highly recommend. read more
