I have emails and a call history I can use to prove he requested the money via Zelle twice for services he didn't provide. There was one call I made to him after 5pm October 14th and one call after 6pm September 25th (the day I hired him without a contract because I believed Yelp reviews were likely accurate). I've reviewed the call history and we only had telephone communications on 11 days since I hired him.
