To make matters worse, she turned to other customers in the store and asked them to comment on whether the dress was too tight. Involving strangers to publicly judge the bride's dress was rude and completely unprofessional. There were two more clients in the store while we were there, and she told both she could not fix the items they brought in. She was very dismissive to all of us. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. When it comes to a bride bringing in her wedding dress, that expectation should be even higher. This is one of the most meaningful and emotional moments in her life, and it should be handled with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. We ended up taking the dress back to the original seamstress we had used -- even though she is much farther away -- and she immediately saw the issue we were describing and is correcting it without hesitation.

Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues.
