I was broken when my LaCie external hard drive failed. I had very little hope going into the process and thought twice about spending so much money to recover the data, but the thought of being without some of the items on that drive was just too much to handle. I needed the info of course, but couldn't afford to spend a huge amount of money. That said, they would start the job to see what they could do and ran into multiple complications. However ,they were able to be resourceful and use some in house parts and probably some magic to put my info back together. A week later they were able to give me a perfect copy of the files I lost. They even went out of there way to get me an external hard drive at a nearby BestBuy without charging me extra.
