Don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews on here…read more I brought in a gold necklace that had separated for a repair. When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.

I am a huge fan of Goldsmith and their team, and can't say enough good things about them. This is…read moremore than a jewelry store, my husband and I consider it our family jewelry store for life. My husband gifted me my first pair of diamond earrings from Goldsmith when we were dating, and eventually purchased my engagement ring and wedding set from here as well, along with various other gifts and pieces. Danny and Mary always take care of us and remember us, it's nothing like a typical big box jewelry store. Over the years, we have continued to visit the team at Goldsmith for all of our jewelry needs. Recently, I brought in a piece of heirloom jewelry and a few other random pieces that had been sitting in a safe for years. It held a lot of sentimental value, but was dated and not my style. I decided to reimagine the old jewelry into a few custom pieces I'd actually want to wear every day. I met with Danny to talk about my ideas. He always makes me feel at ease and understands what I am envisioning, giving suggestions and asking lots of questions, guiding me to the perfect piece. He called, texted and kept in regular communication on the status of the jewelry. We settled on transforming the pieces into a necklace and 3 rings. Their in house designer created digital images with ideas and we went back-and-forth a few times until we had the perfect designs for me. I was also shown a 3-D printed mold so that I can feel the rings and see what they would look like exactly. The pieces came out more perfect than I could have imagined and I couldn't be happier. I love wearing them every day, and feel closer to my loved ones thanks to Goldsmith. We look forward to many more years of being customers at Goldsmith.

About two years now I have been going in here. Sometimes end up just looking, sometimes buying. I…read morehave ALWAYS been approached by a friendly assistant who was helpful and courteous and after a short bit, offering me cool drinks or a Kurig coffee. The other day, I was buying and selling. The need for birthday bling brought me in. Earlier the wife wooed over a dainty "dot n dash" necklace that unfortunately was made from sterling, not white AU. This store really went to bat for me while under a very tight (no stumbles) time frame. The dinner celebration was in four days! They ordered in the same size and style without a deposit in white gold, custom assembled the multi-strands with complimenting 14K couplers and lobster claw clasp. The piece turned out fantastic! I'm very pleased with their workmanship, customer service and willingness to meet a demand. We did it! She was all lit up when I presented their so nicely wrapped present ta boot. (see the picture!) I was able to cash in some old neglected gold pieces at what I believe is very fair rate too. Breaking down how the scrap price per gram was to be determined was explained throughly. I was offered one rate for store purchases and another lesser rate for cash out. Now how fair is that?? Damn fair I thought, since profit is the game to pay the rent, and yet, they allowed for a store purchase which already has mark up built in. They earn TRUST on that policy alone. Tomorrow, I would do it all over again.
