Don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews on here…read more I brought in a gold necklace that had separated for a repair. When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.

We recently visited this jewelry store in the Millenia Mall. It is certainly quite awesome and a…read morenew take for us on buying jewelry. With the traditional jewelry store, you basically acquiesce (settle for) and buy something they have on the shelf. In contrast, Blue Nile will taylor-make exactly what you want based on your setting preference, your diamond cut, size, and clarity as well as your budget. Basically, they listen to what you're trying to create, what you're comfortable with and love, your price range, and they create that masterpiece. There are basically very few items at Blue Nile that are for the 'last minute Charlie's;' but, just in case you're in a time pinch, they can still accommodate. Your ring necklace or bracelet is created in 3 to 4 weeks and the creation is returned to the store. You get exactly what you desire. Allen was excellent in explaining the steps of the process and we will certainly be back in the future. A++ Experience and a high level of trust and integrity.
