These guys are an absolute pleasure to do business with. My wife and I brought some coins in that had been in her family for many years. Jason and Arch gave us such a great price for them, and treated us so well, that I actually went back later that day with more coins to sell them. A wonderful experience; we will be back! read more

Great experience! Brought in some coins and sold them quickly at a very fair price. Thanks for the help!

Came in to buy some silver, found sound advice and great customer service. I would totally come back.

If you want honest opinion, this is a place to go. They'll tell you whether something is worth it or not.

Like them so much I'll drive an hour to see them Friendly and nice Value offered was fair! read more

I called to schedule an appointment for a Cuban link chain which has been appraised and was purchased from a local jeweler. I was told they don't do Cuban link chains because the Chinese put fake links in them. I think that it's comical they won't buy the gold if it's in the form of a Cuban link. read more

Awesome shop! Everyone was helpful, direct, friendly, and quick! I love places that let you get in and get out, and this is one of those places. No excuses. read more

Jason and Gus were great! They explained their appraisals and referred us elsewhere for the items not in their areas of interest. I'll be back to see them since I found more coins to sell! I happy with my valuations!! read more

Extremely professional and got us set up ahead of time with exactly what we wanted at great prices.

Really liked these guys. Their over spot ratio is very fair and they had the best deal we looked at in town. Highly recommend!

I called them and was quickly blown off as a rube or someone who knew nothing about precious metals, I decided to go to other coin shops which have at least some customer service, I didn't expect a deal or ever great prices, but I did expect to be treated with a smidgeon of respect. read more

Made two separate visits in the past month and had an excellent experience on both occasions. I sold gold and silver bullion and received cash back very close to spot price. I believe the gold was 98% of spot . Would recommend. Make sure you schedule an appointment before visiting. read more

I have visited here many time. I love these guys. They are honest and trustworthy and willing to walk you through the process. I have always found them full of good information and they are willing and able to answer all questions. They will treat you well even if you are an inexeprienced first timer at buying precious metals. They are worth 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! read more

We didn't have an appointment but they made time to let us in a discuss what we wanted to buy. Prices were more than fair and had exactly what we were looking for, got in and got back on the road very quick. We are from central texas and I wish we had dealers this personable in our area. read more

After reading several reviews of coin shops in the Orlando area I decided to go with Orlando Coin Exchange to sell an old coin collection that we inherited after a death in the family. I called first and explained what I had and was told they would be interested in looking at it and to make an appointment. I showed up at my appointment time a few days later and they were ready for me and started looking at the coins I had brought. They were very thorough with inspecting the coins and gave a fair price to purchase the coins from me. They even purchased some old paper currency that was part of the collection. Both gentlemen who work there are knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their business. I will definitely be back if I'm in need of buying/selling coins in the future. Thanks! read more

Jason and the guys at Orlando Coin Exchange were great. I was in the middle of selling my father's estate and they walked me through the value of everything I brought in. As a long-time investor in numismatics and precious metals I was pretty knowledgeable but there were some things I had no clue about and they filled in the gaps. They offered fair prices and made the exchange safe, seamless and simple. I highly recommend Orlando Coin Exchange for buying and selling precious metals and collectibles. read more

We found this company on the internet and did a bit of research before trusting them with an inherited coin collection. Once we made an appointment, we could not have been more pleased. Jose was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, professional and super easy to work with. I could not recommend this company any higher and urge anyone that needs this type of expertise to reach out. read more

Not only was the service amazing, I felt a level of security at this place. Jose made sure we had a phenomenal experience. These guys offer you prices that are way more than fair for your silver and gold. You don't feel like your being shorted whatsoever. These guys gave me above spot price on my gold! I would 10/10 recommend this place in all of the orlando area. read more

Service here was safe and efficient. The staff were professional and friendly, and their prices were much better than those quoted by local competition. I hope to be back soon. read more

The absolute best and great service. No point in going anywhere else. Very fair price for exchanging coins.

Ok, so I have traded and sold silver coin since the 70's. I have shopped coin exchanges around Orlando for years. Orlando Coin exchange consistently gives the most for silver in any denomination. After shopping around today I saved 125.00 with a phone call. You may need an appointment but it's worthwhile. To the other guys who wanted to give less, greed sucks. Thanks OCE for being fair, that is the way to earn business. read more

These guys are great always fair and honest business conducted in this establishment.

You need an appointment so be prepared. These guys were great as they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Brought a bunch of family coins to them. They made me a good offer that I was happy with. read more

I am from the mid-west and here the coin shops have coins for sale in them, display cases full of coins and coin supplies. If you are after something rare it may take them a week or two to locate, but all the common coins and currency are IN STOCK. I visited Orlando Coin Exchange recently to find 3 empty display cases, staff was working on sorting some recent collections purchased, but nothing labeled for retail sale. Staff was great at getting me phone numbers of other dealers in the area that had what I was looking for, but in my book a Coin Shop needs to have coins in it. This is more of a broker, meaning I believe their main business is purchasing collections and then selling them to coin dealers, not to the general public. read more

Based on the recommendations of fellow Yelpers, I checked out this business, especially since it is practically in my backyard! Please note that you must have an appointment to meet with the appraiser, but appointments are easy to get. I agree with the other Yelp reviewers that the employees are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about their craft. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for honest and reliable appraisals. read more

Very informative and professional. As a first time buyer of silver... trust and reputation was of the utmost importance. I recommend this place to anyone who has an interest in purchasing Silver and Gold. read more

I've only purchased coins such as Eagles, Maple Leafs, Krugerrands etc. from these guys. But they are up-front about what price over spot and deliver the product as promised. If you want to collect precious metal coins you won't over pay. They are competitive with published prices such as what you'll see in Barrons. You will need to call in advance to make an appointment. read more

They are the most knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy dealer period. I am now a customer for life, and will always do business with them. Thank you guys for all your hard work, and dedication. Thanks for helping me make money during this pandemic. read more

My husband's father and mother had left our family with bags of coins about 25 years ago. We had been expecting to have a monumental task in front of us in the valuing process. We were wrong! After researching Yelp, my husband decided to consult Orlando Coin Exchange. This is a small business that provides personalized service and consideration. Both Abraham and Jason were professional and clear with their explanations of determining value. We felt well taken care of and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service. I don't think you'd find better. read more

My wife, Tere Pizarro and I went for the first time today and found a excellent antique Coin and Money Store! The owner and the employee were with excellent Customer Services, they knew the history behind the antique money in my case I bought today a 20 dollar 1924 gold certificate Washington bill, a 50 dollar Grant 1928 bill and a 1864 10 dollar Confederate States bill which were a excellent addition to my collection! Furthermore he gave me a good discount on the 3 bills! It is our opinion that this store is the best in Florida and around the world! We give thanks to God and the Virgin Mary for giving us the pleasure to meet this professionals! read more

Very helpful people. And their prices are very fair. It would help to know ahead of time: you need to make an appointment, cash only (not the part of town you want to stop and use an ATM in) read more

This place was down the road from me. I had a bunch of jewelry from my grandmothers estate that I needed to exchange for cash. I do not have the time to deal with eBay. I randomly stopped by not knowing you needed an appointment but luckily they didn't have another customer at the time when I called the number on the door and they buzzed me in. I am a female so I am always on the defense in these situations as women tend to get taken advantage of. The gentlemen took their time to go through everything and explain everything. They let me call some other gold exchange shops right in front of them to compare the rate they gave me. And just like they promised they had the best. There was truly no pressure and I felt at ease. My grandmothers wedding ring is old and big and has no papers but I know it's worth alot. Instead of grading it themselves and offering me a price they said i would probably make more money if I sent it out to get GIA certified and sold it myself. I had no clue and they could have took advantage of me. They even gave me the tape, papers and address stickers that I would need to send it off properly. I will use them in the future! Thanks guys. read more

First time here (by appointment) to sell some heirloom coins and jewelry. The gentlemen at Orlando Coin Exchange were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional - I visited them with a friend to help him with buying some coins and they did a great job of explaining what his options were and the pros and cons of each. They patiently answered all of his questions, and were fully transparent about their pricing (which was also very fair). I would highly recommend them to both first-time investors in precious metals as well as well-seasoned buyers and sellers. Looking forward to coming back! read more

I recently visited the Orlando Coin Exchange and was extremely pleased with my experience. The entire process was a very professional. I was surprised to see that they show you their research on the coins before making an offer. There's absolutely no pressure to sell your coin(s) after they give you their offer. Their offers are extremely fair and follow auction rates. The appointment process was very clear and was absolutely no hassle to go through. I would recommend going here if you are wondering about the value of your coins. read more
