Beware of these thieves!!! I pawn loaned against my 29 half dollar pre-1964 with 0.3617 silver melt and 120 quarters pre-1964 with 0.1808 silver melt, and a total silver melt of 32.1853 oz. That fat white paled skin long-haired guy agreed to locked a silver price of 23 USD per oz with maximum allowed to borrow at 70% value of my silver coins. So 32.1853 x 23 = $740.26 x 70% maximum amount to borrow or $740.26 x 0.70 = $518.18333. That dark long haired paled skin fat guy, agreed to loan me $518.00. I also stupidly agreed a 25% financed charge of $129.54. At about the 4th week, I came back to pay off my loan, and they gave me back my silver coins wrapped in a transparent plastic. And they told me not to worry on my coins because they secured all my coins in a plastic wrapped with items exactly the same as it was. Upon checking on my coins inside my car, I found it out that he only returned 27 half dollars, replaced one of half dollar with no visible year on it and replaced other 16 half dollars with different dates. The next day, I was so mad, that he insists that he returned all of my coins. Then, we raised each others voice, as I point my finger to him, he got mad. Then he grabbed my Right forearm towards him across the mirrored desk. I pulled back, and he let go because I almost dragged that fat guy across the mirrored glass. I said give my silver coins back but they insist to call the police first. Then, I saw one of his co-worker with a gun at his R hip area ready to shoot. I said, what are you going to do shoot me. So, I left out in a New york minute, knowing I'm always seen as a bad guy. Now, I just paid my loan for $647.54 and at the same time, they have my silver worth $740.26 minus 2 half dollar missing under their custody illegally. Can someone advice me the best thing to do legally? So, they're using a silver unit weights for silver coin which is at first confusing. So let's calculate, based from my 1st loan from my silver coins, 1 oz of silver melt = 21.96487832 units. I used 4 tubes of quarter silver pre-1964 with 40 coins per tube x 4 = 160 silver coins pre-1964 with 0.1808 oz per coin = 160 x 0.1808 = 28.928 silver melt oz. So, my 1st loan was recorded at 635.4 weight units ÷ 28.928 total silver melt oz = 21.96487832 units per silver melt oz. At total silver melt of 28.928 with market price of $24.69/oz on 03/26/2022 = $714.29. On which that time, I only borrowed $300 which is exactly 42% of my total coin value. Two days later, I borrowed again with agreed by both parties of silver price locked at 23 USD per oz from my 29 half dollar pre-1964 and 120 quarter dollar pre-1964 with silver melt oz of 0.3617 and 0.1808 respectively. Total value was 29 x 0.3617 plus 120 x 0.1808 = 32.1853 silver melt oz total x 23 USD/Oz = $740.2619. This time, I asked for maximum allowable 70% of the total value of $740.2619 x 0.7 = $518.18333. He agreed that I can borrow the maximum 70% of 518 USD. Instead of recording the 706.9461981 silver weight units, the 2nd loan receipt, he recorded 690.80 units only. This is the point he recorded it falsely. Why? Because, I'm only allowed to borrow maximum at exactly 70%. So, 690.80 silver weight units divided-by 21.96487832 units per silver melt oz = 31.4619 silver melt oz x 23 USD per ounce = $723.6237. The maximum I can borrow is 70%. So $723.6237 x 0.7 = $506.53 is the maximum amount I can borrow at 70 percent. This is equivalent to 27 half dollars pre-1964 only and 120 quarters pre-1964. How can he allow me to borrow more than 70 percent at $518. The answer is, it was originally 29 half dollars plus 120 quarters pre-1964. See calculation above. I am hoping, the owner will read this and will reconsider my arguments with calculation and recorded data of every coins that I have saved in my computer in Google sheets. I'm considering to get an advice from a lawyer rather than risking myself and seen as the bad guy. All of my coins were specifically recorded or itemized and I can't take if someone tried to cheat in front of my face even it's just a little value. read more
