I ask him how he raise the price and says he made a mistake and he can't honor the price he gave me, I tell him his word doesn't mean nothing and he gets mad and raises his voice like he raised the price. I told him to lower his voice, he needs anger management class then he starts talking about me in Spanish to another customer ! No respect and highly unprofessional. The manager called to see what happened and I asked to speak to her to tell her he went back on his own deal with me but he didn't let me speak to her. Too bad I can't give this place a negative zero stars. If you come in here video tape or record your transaction cause you're going to be ripped off. In case he gave me the wrong name is the guy with the thick eye glass frame. I see by other reviews other people have had a bad experience here, definitely not a place to support with bad customer service like this.

An even after telling me the price wouldn't chnage they tried to charger me for keeping it there when I was told I had 30-60 days an it hadn't even been 10. Do your self a favor an avoid this shop. I had old, broken sterling silver and white gold chains that have been sitting in the bottom of my jewelry boxes since I was probably 10. Broken, twisted Figueroa chains, cute shiny frogs and sparkly dolphins, my boxes were crying for help. I brought several different types of jewelry, such as, rings, necklaces (broken or not), a choker, bangle bracelet and who knows what else. Some jewelry I brought, I didn't 100% know if it was gold or silver, but I figured that it wouldn't hurt to ask I went in there with the sum in mind I would be satisfied with...$20. After he carefully inspected each piece, in multiple different steps, he weighed it, calculated it and told me the price he was to going to offer. I thought I was dreaming when he said the number aloud. Let's just say it's far from $20. So. The owner's brother took the call and my CC info over the phone. I trust Premiere will honor their agreements and that I will be able to retrieve my items once they are paid for.
