I called up and was told " just bring it in". I get there and the first thing I see is Shawn helping someone with a minor repair because the gentleman just didn't have the right size tool. He fixes it on the spot and sends him on his way, No Charge!! Next I'm up and Shawn was so nice, he listened to me lament about how I bought a cheap rifle cause it's all I could afford, I think I bought a dud, blah blah blah. Shawn didn't talk down to me about buying cheap stuff or make me feel like more of a noob than I already did. He just looked it over, said I need a day or 2 to figure this out. Don't worry I'll get her shooting. I went to pick up my rifle, we had a laugh at how bad the corrosion and build up he found in the barrel was for only shooting 90 rounds. He had fixed my dust cover spring, cleaned and polished the barrel out, and a bunch of other stuff. The repair charge was so minimal it was basically free!!! Took it to the range and blew through 200 rounds of brass ammo not one single failure or malfunction. Whatever magic he worked was a miracle!! I am a customer for life now. I asked for a lpk and buffer tube and stood there for 10 minutes waiting as they all were in the back talking, then the man apologized to me when I was staring at him on his phone and he said "sorry man, I have to do some orders" as 3 other workers just stood there talking in the back. I told them I'm going somewhere else. Always been treated badly here as the workers just make it their hang out.

Brought my gun here and they got it out in 30 seconds. They are very friendly and didnt charge me for it even after I insisted. They wouldnt even take $5. He told me what was wrong, how it happened, how to prevent, and how to fix that certain jam. This is a quaint and cozy log cabin turned gun and archery shop. Kinda small but it is a log cabin. There is an acceptable selection but nothing extensive in terms of for-sale firearms. The staff is honest and genuine as described above. Very friendly. I stayed and chatted for 10 min before going back to the range next business over. Pay this place a visit. I think they do concealed weapons permits too. I will be returning for all gun repairs.

This was one of the best service experiences that we've had in quite some time. And yes, although REI is a retail space, the reason we go back is the full service experience and high-level and quality of their associates, especially Diana. My wife picked up a new pair of Moab shoes, and I checked out the clearance area to see if there were any treasures. If you purchase anything at REI, I would definitely recommend also becoming a member as you get $20 back and have access to a lot of specials, for just the $30 lifetime membership. Don't pass up this deal. Also, the annual sales event is fast approaching and will start on November 13th.

They have just about everything you need here for your backpacking, camping or hiking trip. But it can certainly get spendy. It's all the super high quality brands here so the price does not budge. There's a few sales here and there but that's why I wouldn't shop here so often. But once in a while it's nice and even to get inspiration for outdoors adventures. Something else cool about REI is they offer classes to members & nonmembers to teach you about backpacking, survival tips, and how to prepare for certain trips. If you are coming here though, the number one thing to know.... if you get cold easily, WEAR A SWEATSHIRT! I am always cold, but these ranges are freezing, FYI! In general, it's best to wear pants, long sleeves, a hat (personally), nothing low cut, and of course closed toe shoes. They have sales all the time on guns and ammo, though I wouldn't personally suggest buying those things here - come here for the range but in my opinion buy your guns and things elsewhere because they do tend to be pricier than others. I had a very disappointing experience at this gun range. My friend and I came in to enjoy some…read morerange time with our personal firearms. We both paid for our own separate lanes, expecting to have a fair opportunity to shoot and enjoy the experience. However, not even 10 minutes into our shooting session, we were told that we had to give up the lanes we had already paid for so they could be given to someone else. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As paying customers, we should not have to cut our shooting time short to accommodate other customers, especially when we had barely gotten started. What makes this even more frustrating is that we paid for a service and weren't given a reasonable opportunity to enjoy what we paid for. Customer service and fairness should be a priority, and unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression. I would definitely think twice before spending my money here again.
