Rocky's was a local hangout for many of its customers who would stop by to see the employees who made Rocky's the place it was. The new owner says he will not tolerate having people in the store who are not buying customers. It may still say Rocky's on the building, but it will never be Rocky's. The new owner is an insult to the Rocky's name and Legacy. I am only giving it a star because Yelp forces me to do so.
