I was looking to go someplace local, not a chain retailer in hopes of getting a fair price for the work I needed. I reached out to Ron at Singh's Jewelry and he was happy to work with me and hear what I wanted to do. In just a few minutes of working with Ron he helped me understand that rather than upgrade the old ring's diamond, I could have a new ring for less than I was going to pay for the upgrade. The price we worked out was exceptional, I don't think I would've gotten a better deal anywhere else. He worked with me throughout the process, and I received the ring just a few days after my deposit. It was awesome experience all around that will definitely go back for any and all jewelry needs in the future. I can't recommend them enough! Now instead of altering my original ring, I got a new one. Check out the amazing new ring next to my original!

I ask him how he raise the price and says he made a mistake and he can't honor the price he gave me, I tell him his word doesn't mean nothing and he gets mad and raises his voice like he raised the price. I told him to lower his voice, he needs anger management class then he starts talking about me in Spanish to another customer ! No respect and highly unprofessional. The manager called to see what happened and I asked to speak to her to tell her he went back on his own deal with me but he didn't let me speak to her. Too bad I can't give this place a negative zero stars. If you come in here video tape or record your transaction cause you're going to be ripped off.
