Patrick sales man at cellular sales. I ordered iPhone 17 Pro max 1TB with Zach week before launch I come in a week later to pick up phone he states Zach wasn't here. I told him what does that mean. He stated I had to wait till he gets back. I told him I want my phone today. I mention to the manager of cellular sales I understand you guys work on commissions but I'm not waiting for Zach to come back to get my pre order that I order for 9/19 pick up. Manager said no that is not the case he mentioned to Patrick to take care of him. He sits me down ask for my number told me I should had received a notification. He then says I gave him the wrong number and I stated the phone number is on the sales invoice he had rubber banded around the phone. He gets upset and goes to the manager and says you take care of him. It's crazy because this is my second phone that I trust cellular sales to sale me. I have never experienced misdirection and lies like this in a retail environment. Our family is trapped in a deal we now want out of (a Holiday deal btw which is shameful) because of an employee named Amber who lied to us, gave us half truths, and obscured, confused and omitted important information. The "breakdown" she showed us on paper was laughable. And, then she was too busy to make anything right. Get your wireless service from ANYwhere else. A quick search showed that AT&T is having a similar deal for trade ins currently. OH and they accidentally turned off my service for about an hour and have no shipping information for me regarding a new phone. This is a racket. Avoid. read more

Mr. Yousif H. at the Haines City, Fl. store is an asset to Verizon and is to be commended. He has stepped up to offer expert assistance to us in a friendly, inviting manner not readily seen in too many businesses these days. My wife and I have been Verizon customers for 15+ years because of representatives like Yousif and also the other customer service reps at their Haines City store. We've never felt that we were an inconvenience even when we sometimes just "pop in" to get a phone feature feature explained or an issue solved. Called to get information on a iPad Pro and to see when I can get one either shipped or picked up at the store and the sales representative told me he needed some account info to get started. That's understandable, so I ask what info he needed to only get told the only way we can proceed with the sale was to come in the store... I know for a fact I don't have to go into the store to get information on purchasing a product. It was unprofessional and the service I received was unprofessional. I never got this type of experience from Verizon and I'm even considering after getting treated like this to switch company's... do better read more

Went in for an upgrade (free as advertised) but of course that phone was not available. So I was talked into a different phone at a much higher price. Salesman is in the right field, a salesman, slick and untruthful. (Ron) Was told our first bill would be a certain price and when it arrived over $100 higher. NOT HAPPY! read more
