For one thing, I goofed and thought our appointments were 45 minutes later than they actually were. Luckily, when we arrived they were not too busy to accommodate us, but I expected the employees to be at least slightly annoyed (and I figured I deserved it) but if they were, they were very good at hiding it. :) The technician and eye doctor who performed the eye exams were very friendly and worked very well with children, which is a big change from experiences we have had elsewhere. And the ladies who helped us pick out our glasses were so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place for all of your eye prescription needs, especially if you're looking for a good place to take your kids to get glasses!

I was making a theme basket to raffle for my walk. Love their gift bags. I hate wrapping presents and knowing that all that time spent it wasted but when I can buy a nice looking gift bag that is cheap makes me feel so much better. The selections of balloons are plentiful. I have made several theme baskets for people and this is the only place I go to get the materials. Great selection of decorations for any holiday. The staff is warm and helpful. Great holiday ornaments which I and going to use as name tags for seating assignments at the table. The ornaments came two in a pick so it's .50 each and they get to take it home as a gift. It's great! A stocking stuffier paradise. The store is well kept and organized otherwise. The online pickup and delivery team needs much better quality control. Whenever I shop in-store, I often see associates putting orders together while they're distracted by personal conversations instead of paying attention to what they're are picking. My order was fulfilled by Keli, and the one item I needed most, the entire reason I placed the order, was marked as included but never made it to my house. The delivery driver couldn't explain what happened because of the language barrier, leaving me with no answers and no resolution. Whoever manages this store needs to take a closer look at the online grocery fulfillment process. Walmart+ is a paid membership, and customers shouldn't have to wonder whether they'll receive the items they ordered. This location has consistently been the worst Walmart I've dealt with, and unless major improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I pay monthly for device protection through T-Mobile. When I filed a claim with Asurion, I was told it's a mechanical issue and I should contact T-Mobile directly. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was told the opposite, that Asurion should handle it, and was cold-transferred back. After repeating this cycle again, T-Mobile told me to visit a store. I visited the T-Mobile store at 1082 Cypress Pkwy, Poinciana, FL. The rep verified the charging port issue, but the manager refused to process it under warranty, claiming "physical damage" , which is the very issue I'm trying to fix. They again told me to file another claim with Asurion, which will obviously be denied again as a mechanical issue. Bottom line: I'm stuck with a phone I can't properly charge. I'm paying monthly for a protection plan that offers no help. I'm being sent in circles between T-Mobile and Asurion with no solution. This is unacceptable customer service and an awful experience for a loyal customer. I will strongly reconsider staying with T-Mobile if this is how they treat paying customers.

Ronan was told that the iPhone purchased in US Virgin Islands does not qualify for the promotion and that an adjustment of the cost will be done.
