I have had a hard time finding the right office for me, and this is it! The office is fun, quirky, unique and clean. The glasses offerings are small producers and artists - like nothing you can get elsewhere. I was so tired of paying obscene amounts of money way for something like everyone else has. Now, I can show my personality and receive lots of compliments! Dr. Hanley took ample time with me, and I even came in for further adjustments to perfect my prescription. We solved the mystery of why I was having such a hard time with lights (even with an astigmatism correction). She is so kind, calm and patient. This is the personalized and concierge experience I was looking for. Everything is personalized - from the time to walk in the door to when you leave. From the music to little special perks when you pick up your glasses and everything in between, including a relaxation room! They have thought of everything. You are their priority and never rushed out the door. You feel like a family friend. It's truly a gem of a place! Note - there is road construction right now, so it's a bit challenging to get out onto Boggy Creek. Try to avoid busy times or you may not be able to get back onto Boggy Creek towards Narcoossee very easily.

Over the past several months, I have had to return multiple times because the prescriptions provided were not correct. Each time I was asked to come back to try new lenses to see if they worked better. I trusted the process and continued returning as requested by the office. During one of my visits, I was informed that the fee I had already paid for both the glasses and contact lens prescriptions had an expiration date. This was surprising and disappointing, especially since the repeated visits were due to the office not being able to determine the correct prescription in the first place. At my most recent visit, I was told that the new lenses I needed to try would no longer be covered because too much time had passed since the initial appointment and payment. This does not seem fair, considering the delay was caused by the inability to get my prescription right, not by anything on my part. To make matters more confusing, I am now being referred to a specialist. After months of appointments and additional inconvenience, I feel that the situation has been poorly handled and that patients should not be penalized for extended timelines when the issue originates with the prescription process itself. I hope the office reviews how situations like this are managed so future patients do not experience the same frustration.

Both of these men were great), . But customer service was not great anymore. I think it's because they are overbooked and crowded. Arrived at 1043am, seen by the doctor around 11:02, done by 11:14, seen by the optician (Ariana) by 12:08 noon, left around 12:13noon. No glasses ordered, just eye exam. No dilation, no special exam. It was more than an hour. 1:30 to be exact. Eye exam was less than 15min. But waiting time, especially checking out was almost an hour. Just a heads up for future customers. Note: you have to set aside more than two hours if ordering glasses here. And two weeks to process.

I came in recently expecting a simple prescription update, but it turned out things were a bit more complicated. The team was great--clear, patient, and helpful as I got a stronger glasses prescription and started contacts for the first time. I've also had a medical emergency during an eye exam in the past, so I tend to be a little uneasy in these settings. They were completely understanding about that and made sure the whole appointment moved at a pace I was comfortable with. Even now, weeks later and back out of state, they've stayed responsive and easy to reach whenever I've had questions. It's been a huge help and really reassuring to know I can still count on them, even from afar.

The office staff is super helpful, they were able to get my husband and I appointments right next to each other, so we could come at the same time. They also explained our insurance coverage to us really well, in regard to getting eye glasses. They have a fairly large selection of eye glasses to choose from if you end up needing them. I took a picture of one panel of glasses, but they have 4 or 5 more outside of the picture I took. There's lots of parking available! I highly recommend Dr. Salinas and his office team and will continue to go to them every year that I'm living in Orlando.

I asked questions and they were more than happy to assist. I talked to at least 3 people (and the optometrist) and had a wonderful experience. I shamefully have never actually had an eye exam (still haven't) but I'll be making an appt here so I can check on my eyeballs. I think old age is catching up and I might need glasses and this is the place to get it done.

The lady was so nice, her name is Miss Cohen she is one of the optometrist here at the eye place. I had my eyes checked and my eyes actually went from an eight to a six; which I guess is an improvement from my current standards. I picked out three pairs of glasses. One for work, one for play, and a new pair of sunglasses. I've never heard of the Costa brand of sunglasses - what I really liked is one of the male eye employees told me that the nose pads get sticky when you sweat so they don't slip off your face which I loved because I work outside currently. I honestly can't wait till I have my next eye exam in a year everyone was so nice and if you're around the area or you live in the area and you're looking for a new optometrist I definitely recommend the eye place! 10/10
