I was amazed at how much detailed technical information she had. She also answered all our questions very patiently. And here is the kicker - she spent all this time with us despite knowing we were not looking to buy right away. We do intend to buy later. It is a delight to see such sincere customer service personnel! Thank you so much Delcia! So after 5 months, since my initial review we went to this store last night and Mario Diaz helped us with the Sound Touch 300 questions we had and gave us some great tips for install. During setup, my husband was stuck towards the end, the tech center was closed since it was a Sunday and we called Mario and he took time to walk us through some trouble shooting steps and helped us. He did not have to do it but he did! Thank you Mario! Appreciate his product knowledge and help!
