I am not a techie but wanted a nice TV experience in my family room. Brad and his team came in and gave me multiple options for what I was looking for and all types of budgets. He gave me his expert opinion and we worked out an amazing system that is easy for me. He was easy to reach for questions and even showed up on the day of installation. I could not be happier with my choice of using Crowne Audio and will use them in the future for even more upgrades. I highly recommend this company.

Our contractor wasn't any help. I had planned on using a big box store for the TV install but found their services lacking. Fortunately, I recalled seeing Crown Audio trucks in my area. After looking at their website I called them and scheduled a meeting with Brad. Brad was great to work with and made recommendations that turned out great (i.e. using a sonos sound bar and adding a sub-woofer). Brad and the Crown Audio team were very professional at the install taking their time to make sure the install was correct. I would highly recommend Crown Audio. Wayne F.

Although I have experienced many problems over the years, my main contact Wael, was always responsive and made sure that any issues be resolved as fast as painless as possible. Regardless of when I texted or called he was always courteous and mindful of my frustration and always said and did the right things. Recently Wael split with Crowne and my new contact was his brother Nael and sadly Nael has not been nearly as professional nor responsive. Once again I had an issue and this time he sent his team out and charged me over 12k to FIX the issues that he claimed were due to his brother. Mind you that Wael worked with and for Crowne Audio and now I'm being told my system is a mess. I quote the tech Wesley "I inherited this mess and I'm just putting band-aids on someone else's problem" Huh pretty sure your company has done all the work regardless from the beginning. Jump ahead 30 days since the work was performed and guess what I've had 3 visits from the fire department for Carbon Monoxide sensors falsely going off and continue to have issues with my tv's and alarm system. This has never happened in all my years in the home. The worst was about 3 weeks ago when I was out of town and my wife and daughter were home alone the alarm went off in the middle of night. This time no one responded including the fire department it just kept going off. I tried to reach Nael but he never responded so I reached out to Wael to see if he could assist. Ironically Wael, the estranged brother, of course answered my text in the middle of the night and actually called my wife to assist with the issue that he was no longer responsible for. What good is paying for a monitored alarm system if they don' respond? Interesting little side note when the FD arrived they couldn't figure out which zones to search because Wesley the tech who did all the work was to lazy to label the zones. According to the Fire Department it is crucial that alarm companies properly set up home security. My house is very large with numerous zones so if this had actually been a real emergency not having these zones labeled could have proven tragic. What angers me the most is the tone that Nael took with me when I was out of town and after his company failed to monitor or respond to the alarm in the middle of night. After never responding to my texts or calls the night of the first alarm going off, the next day when I finally reached him he takes an attitude with me!!!! Imagine your wife and teenage daughter alone at home in the middle of night and the alarm goes off and NOBODY was there to help... How angry would anyone be under these circumstances. The one and only time I needed my alarm system to function properly IT FAILED. So my frustration was more than justified and sadly his response was indicative of his selfish and arrogant customer service. I have hired another alarm and AV company to come in and hopefully fix these issues. I plan on seeking remedy for all my frustration and expenses.

They were awesome to work with, and quite funny/entertaining throughout the process, from quote generation all the way to finishing the job. He was able to reply to my request for a quote very quickly, in fact Ben actually managed to come to my house to check out the space where I wanted everything installed THE SAME DAY I REQUESTED THE QUOTE. When we first spoke, he was very friendly and not pushy, like most sales people can be (I should know, I'm a salesman). Instead he asked lots of questions to figure out what I wanted to get out of my entertainment system and what type of budget I felt I was working with --- he didn't push me in any particular direction to try and sell the most expensive items. After providing him with all of this information, we came to discover that we both liked the same brands, so he suggested a very nice package for me, and then gave me options to choose from, while also explaining (with very great detail and a genuine interest/excitement) the differences of each option simple enough for me (not an audio/video wizard) to comprehend. Once I received the quote, I did a quick check online for every piece/part he suggested and quickly found that he wasn't trying to rip me off (AWESOME). Once we agreed on a quote he was able to quickly get the job done in the time he said he would do it. Once they finished the indoor job and did such a great job, I went back to him and asked him to install speakers outside around my pool --- THEY ARE AMAZING AND A TOTAL GAME CHANGER FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO ENTERTAIN POOLSIDE. The only negative thing I would say about this whole experience is now I will never leave my house, because my home entertainment system is amazing --- actually when Ben ran the audio test the first time after installation, I teared up a little because I was so excited to hear this insanely awesome sound system I had been wanting since I was a little kid. I highly recommend Ben and his team for any home theater/entertainment system you might be looking to install in your house/company/etc. Don't waste your time with the other guys!

In the world of Hi‑Fi audio, options are endless, but excellent customer service is rare. Bang &…read moreOlufsen in Winter Park is that rare exception. Their staff pairs deep product knowledge with a boutique atmosphere that feels intentional and quietly luxurious. There was no sales pitch, no pressure, no theatrics. It was about the product and the experience, nothing else. Audio has evolved. It's no longer something your husband hides in the basement to tinker with. Today, it sits at the center of the home, part of the architecture of daily life. And after auditioning other brands, it's clear that Bang & Olufsen understands this shift better than anyone. Their ecosystem is unmatched. No other manufacturer comes close in design, integration, or the way their products inhabit a space. Space matters more than ever. Bang & Olufsen treats space as a design element rather than an afterthought. That philosophy becomes obvious the moment you see their flagship BeoLab 90 performing effortlessly in a moderate‑sized room. While other brands like Wilson Audio - Borresen, for example, demand massive footprints and precise placement to produce a focus "sweet spot," the BeoLab 90 adapts to the space. It can fill a room or focus on a single point with equal authority. If you're an audiophile/ Audio enthusiast, you know the scene of grown men crowding around at audio shows, fighting for those perfect few seats. Bang & Olufsen sidesteps that problem. Is Bang & Olufsen the very best audio experience? As anyone with real experience will tell you, sound is subjective. What works for you doesn't fit another's needs, much less preferences. You can reproduce or surpass anything, but at what cost? Money, convenience, space, and the daily reality of living with the equipment all matter nowadays. I have had the privilege of being exposed to second-to-none seven-figure audio systems. They take up entire large rooms. It's not a hobby for many people I have known, but more of a lifestyle choice. That said, the brilliance of the BeoLab 90 I recently experienced makes them seem like a bargain. They lacked absolutely nothing. The better question is whether the brand and the experience are right for you. High‑end audio comes with increasingly high prices, and we are right to weigh every factor. But one thing is certain: when/if the time comes for me, Bang & Olufsen sits at the top of my list, not because of hype, but because they earned it. I lived a lifetime with higher-end, individually picked, separate systems. The future isn't in nostalgia.

Their speakers and TVs feel more like art pieces than electronics, and it's easy to fall in love with the aesthetic. The staff were welcoming and patient, and they made the experience feel relaxed instead of overwhelming. They took the time to show me how everything worked and let me enjoy the sound and design without any pressure. I walked out thinking this is definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm ready to invest in something beautiful.
