I never change my network since 2012, I was always using AT&T and probably never use any other network. Very reliable and very fast service.

AT&T is Harassing my wife and I For over two years AT&T reps…read morehave been knocking on our door to try and get us to switch to their phone plans. Back in October of 2025 one rep banged on the door scaring my 64-year-old wife. Usually, a polite knock is good enough, but this guy was banging. My wife asked who it was and they said AT&T she told the person to leave but he kept telling her he wanted to talk about switching services. My wife threatened to call the police and he finally left. I contacted the Office of the President and spoke to a Ms. Silva who said that she would put a stop to the solicitors and of course gave a meaningless corporate apology. 4 weeks after this phone call another rep knocks on my door. I told him his corporate office was supposed to stop these visits and at this point I even had NO SOLICITORS sign on the door. He started to give me his sales pitch like nothing happened. We exchanged words I threatened to call the police and then he left. I immediately called Ms. Silva and she apologized a dozen times and said she would escalate this. Apparently, she didn't escalate this enough or AT&T just doesn't care about their reps harassing senior citizens. About five weeks later another two reps showed up at my house and now I start to video these visits. Again, I pointed to the No Solicitors sign, and they said sorry and left. FYI, since I put up that No Solicitor sign no one knocked on my door except AT&T solicitors. We all know roofers, solar salespeople and religious people are notorious for ringing doorbells and bugging us all. All of these solicitors RESPECTED my sign EXCEPT AT&T reps. Here is proof that AT&T is well aware of my problem, this is a paragraph from an email the Office of the President sent me: "Hello Team, The AT&T Office of the President is requesting your assistance with this complaint. The D2D group is aggressively returning to this property owners address and was previously added to the Do Not Knock list back on 11/05/2025. Both himself and his wife are upset that they keep returning after being promised that the issue was resolved. He has also added a do not solicit sign and they are ignoring that as well as video evidence of their presence" We are five months into this complaint and AT&T still hasn't gotten back to me with a resolution. They are looking into it; LOL Does it take more than 5 months to call the office in Orlando and tell them to stay away from my home? It's a phone call. I even provided them with the address that these door-to-door solicitors are working out of. We should all be concerned with this since these AT&T reps do not care if there is a No Solicit sign on the door or if you tell them to stay away. They will continue to harass us all. Do you think these reps are ignoring No Solicitation signs on their own? When I called the police, they said they can't do anything about it even if I have this on video because they need to catch the reps on the property in order to give a No Trespass warning. The rep I got into an argument with told me by the time the cops get here I'll be gone and they can't do anything about it. Either this young man is a lawyer working part time as an AT&T sales rep or his bosses are arming him and the other reps with this loophole. I guess AT&T doesn't really care about respecting our privacy and wishes to be left alone. But again, even those pesty religious groups that knock on our doors as well as the roofers and solar panel reps respect the No Solicitors sign. You all read that AT&T did put me on their DO NOT KNOCK list and that corporate order has been ignored by their reps.

They now expect me to wait until the middle of October to get a phone because of their mistake. I ordered one and am already moving to another carrier. These people are the worst. Different from how we've done business with Verizon, MetroPCS and Cricket over 13 years. The T-Mobile store also sold us on Samsung watches, promo again for new customers, down payment over $700 with the promise of credit back over 24 months. We expected our first bill to be Military Plan $135, no additional fees under Military Plan. Minus credits near $119. Our first bill was $235 with no credits back from the down payments, FREE phones and watches. Call Center/Customer Service wasn't helpful at all, quoting us promos from previous months and re-directed us to the T-Mobile store. To our surprise, the T-Mobile store didn't dispute the promotional, any offers or credits. They actual confirms FREE phones and watches. They got on the phone with some help desk. Our next T-Mobile bill was corrected @ $119, with Military plan and credits. Our third bill came, this time $179 bill. Come on! Called T-Mobile customer service again spoke with Joseph (agent) and Nickie (floor supervisor or some title). Again unhelpful. We have a written copy of the offer, we were given certain model due to the offer and our 2nd bill was correct, and still were not offer correction, adjustment, credit. After being told by Nickie she was the highest level at T-Mobile, we were done.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against T-Mobile regarding deceptive practices and failure…read moreto honor promotional commitments. Below is a detailed account of the issue: In October 2023, I visited an official T-Mobile store to activate two lines. A store representative informed me of a promotion: if I traded in two AT&T phones, I would receive a $1,000 credit per line over 24 months, along with a free additional line and a free phone. I handed over my two AT&T phones to the representative, and three lines were activated under this promotion. The issues began after the first bill: 1 The bill was significantly higher than expected, and upon visiting the store, I was told the bill would balance out after three months. 2 By the third billing cycle, only one phone credit and the free phone credit were applied. I contacted T-Mobile customer service, and after some investigation, they referred me back to the store. 3 The store refused to assist, claiming the original employee was no longer with them. This cycle of being passed between customer service and the store continued for several months with no resolution. By the end of the first year, T-Mobile claimed they never received the second phone, even though both phones were handed to their uniformed employee at an official store. They later stated I was placed on a different plan, which allegedly did not require a trade-in. If that were true, why were my phones taken in the first place? Despite repeated assurances from store managers and customer service representatives that the issue would be resolved, nothing has been done. Most recently, on November 25, 2024, a customer service representative told me they would not resolve this issue and even suggested I take legal action. This experience reflects a complete lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism from T-Mobile. I feel deceived and frustrated, having spent a year chasing a resolution to no avail. I request the FCC's assistance in holding T-Mobile accountable for their misleading practices. Specifically, I seek: 1 The immediate application of the $1,000 credits per line as promised. 2 Full transparency on the processing of my trade-in phones. 3 An investigation into the deceptive practices of T-Mobile's store and customer service teams. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me if additional information or documentation is needed.

We paid for the tax on the phones (all we were told was due at the time) at the store (the remainder on the phones would be charged over the next 30 billing periods). We were also advised that the initial Verizon billing would have charges for 2 billing periods (the current and the next in advance) as well as one-time $35 charges for each phone. All of that was properly communicated and understood. Upon returning home and looking at the details of the invoice from the Victra store, we were charged $30 each for the 3 phones as a set up charge by the store (separate from the $35 per phone initial fee charged by Verizon on their first bill). This $90 in fees was never mentioned or disclosed by the sales girl. I've later come to learn that this is a fee not charged by Verizon corporate stores. Victra is an authorized Verizon dealer, but not a Verizon corporate store. So buyer beware at Victra. While Deanna was helpful in setting up our phones and new Verizon account, her failure to mention these fees was 100% shady. Don't let them charge you or just take your business to a proper Verizon corporate retailer.
