When he got there, you could hear the guy in the hall asking all sorts of questions to someone on the phone. He came in and introduced himself and proceeded to instruct me on the chair. He then said excuse me and went back to the hallway and called again. This happen 4 times while he was there. He was not new with the company. I will try and short this up. 3 of the times he stepped into the hall it was about price and how to collect money. I was in 3 hospitals and 2 Rehabs for a total of 105 days straight. He finally said that will be $288 over and above what Medicare would pay. He also told me that there would be a Lease Fee of $13. a month for 12 months. 3 months after I get out of rehab with the chair, they send me an invoice for $19.28. That is now the monthly Lease Fee. The other part of this review, as I stated that I was in someone else's care for 105 days. He told me that he could only take CASH for that amount. I had my check book with me and credit cards as well. They add on 3% to cover the Card Fee for the $288.00. They are about the sorriest company that I have ever delt with. I was in the business envornment for 60+ years and even ran a Customer Service Department for a number of those years. Never seen anything like this.

How can you expect me to just go along with "Well, I don't know how that was possible for a text to go out." or "That doesn't make sense." or today it was "Oh. I believe you, but it was only ordered on Friday, when you were here, so it should be here tomorrow." Newsflash. I wasn't even in the state in Friday. I was in to pick up something else on 1/24/23. I was told it likely came in with the shipment, but they hadn't opened it yet and to come back after 3. I got a text at 5:07 pm that it was ready, drove over, only to find the wait time insanely long and we just couldn't wait. Then on Thursday, 1/26/23 I get another reminder that it's ready. And on Friday, 1/27/23, I get ANOTHER text saying it's ready and will be held until 2/7. Yet according to your store, I was in the store on Friday and it was only just ordered. And this is not the first time this situation has happened. It's one thing if it's out of stock and there is a shortage. But tell me. Don't lie to me. This is an extremely important medication, and if you don't have it, I need to work with the doctor to find where I can get it. You need to do better. It's ridiculous to expect us to call to verify the text messages, make us "activate" a prescription even though a doctor has already prescribed it, and not be willing to be of more help. Now I'm faced, at no fault of my own, with having 2 family members without very important medications. Oh, and making it sound like it's my fault because of when I picked up the last prescription - even thought that was when you sent the text that it was finally ready - is also not cool. Time to find another pharmacy, I suppose.
