Looking up stores in the area on a Thursday morning around 4:00 A.M., we noticed this Walgreens was open! We ended up stopping by to pick up some Dayquil, Nyquil, and some cherry throat lozenges. It's right next to the I-4 and pretty close to the Walt Disney World properties! The store is clean and well organized! The staff that was there early morning was helpful and asked if we needed anything during our visit at Walgreens!

I REPEATEDLY told them I would just pay for it out of pocket and they would tell me they couldn't fill it and were trying to call my doctor for an alternative. Turns out they get dinged if you don't use insurance. This place is so unethical. I'm so disgusted with them. I called Publix who was able to get it transferred over and filled it for me NO PROBLEM.

I could not be happier with our experiences there. Now there's this pharmacy in Haines City that was chronically out of the meds we need... but that's a different story. This one has never been out and has been the best for us. Be prepared to be greeted when you walk into the store. The guy at the counter is invariably friendly and offers to help you find something. And, if you take him up on his offer, does so cheerfully.

I have been using this Walgreens for years now and that reputation is well-earned. At their worst, they are rude and extremely slow! At their best, everyone is smiling and getting customers processed quickly and efficiently. Tonight was one of those nights! Bravo! Here's to hoping they've turned a corner.
