Walgreens in this area generally sucks, but this one is on a whole different level. They always seem to have staffing issues, the people are almost different each time I go. And they don't seem to care about the job they are doing. I have lost count how many times I've had to wait for someone to check me out. Today I said enough is enough, left the stuff on the counter. My experience with this walgreens has been not been great. The most recent event is the largest mishap ever. Nobody at this Walgreens pharmacy has their "can do " hat on. We have been without medications for almost a month because while my doctor office faxes them... and they fax the doctors office... nobody at this pharmacy followed corporate policy to contact the doctors office after 2 failed attempts to fill a medication. We as patients have NO transparency to this process and are dependent on our customer facing health care advocates to help. This walgreens has no interest in doing that. This walgreens contacted my doctor only after I informed them that I had filed a complaint with corporate Walgreens as well as the FL board of pharmacy. It's amazing how someone found their CAN DO hat this morning. They claim my doctor had an issue but admit it was "their failure" to notice it and they will "have a QA meeting". They say failure instead of mistake. The store manger also stated that my retelling of an experience was inconsistent with their employees' recollection. They get a point for standing up for their employees, but I will continue to pursue this through formal complaints. Oh, and yes I won't be using this pharmacy anymore. I know in the grand scheme of things I don't matter, but when a pharmacy makes a mistake that could affect our health, it is important to be public about it. read more

Is it just me or does the Pharmacist here treat you like you are a low life? Somehow they have my script on autofill otherwise I wouldn't have come back. Although truthfully you would think he would get to know you or provide a professional demeanor at some point. I honestly I cannot believe anyone would employ this man. He has no social skills and asks questions he should be able to answer himself. Apparently it is not just me. I see him help others not making eye contact or giving them any respectful attention. If he can't be helpful or personable you should only allow the techs to interact with customers if you want to grow your business. read more

I've always used Walgreens because of their late hours and their multiple locations but the pharmacist here has terrible in customer service. I come here every month due to high risk pregnancy and have to be on monthly meds. I feel like when she talks to you she yells to make sure everyone else hears your conversation and try's to embarrass you. I always feel flustered and embarrassed after I leave. The pharmacy is 5 mins from my home so that is why I have stayed. Today I had a prescription for $20 and brought in a coupon to knock off $9 to save some money. Whatever she did made my price go up to $27 after she entered in the coupon code. I told her don't worry about the coupon I'll just pay the $20. She told me because she entered the coupon and canceled it the price from yesterday of $20 3/31/19 went up to $27 on 4/1/19. She told me my insurance must of changed copay prices. I asked her to just scan the barcode for the $20 she already had ready when I came to pick up but she said she couldn't do that that and ripped it off tossed it and printed a new barcode with the price of the $27. She asked me to park to the side and she would call the insurance to figure out why the price went up. Total inconvenience and since I'm high risk it wasn't worth arguing with her anymore because she was making me very upset. This is the last straw and I will be transferring my meds to a different pharmacy. I would give this place no stars but you have to click one to post this review. The pharmacist name is B. read more

This Walgreens is horrible. The pharmacy people need to all be trained and get themselves together. There is always chaos and they are very unorganized. Not one star just a empty hole. I was told my prescription was ready by my Dr..but Walgreens says they don't have one for me. This happens so often when I go to this drug store. People should try other drug stores as this one is terrible. read more

Gonna try this Walgreens for the second time. The first time the pharmacist (male) was great. I went to another Walgreens on cypress Gardens blvd first and they got my order all messed up. The pharmacist there really messed it up. I went there 3 times to pick it up. This location corrected it and I had 6 prescriptions ready in an hour at 8pm. My hometown Walgreens is great read more

The assistant manager is a rude arrogant....and the customer service over all is lacking. It takes a long time to get a prescription filled because they have one person covering both the drive through and the counter on most days. The pharmacists are also not native English speakers and it is difficult to communicate with them on vital information related to drug interactions, etc. and they are also very rude and short when you ask questions. They make you feel like you are wasting their time, by asking questions. The employees try to push the Walgreens reward card hard on everyone and even though I politely tell them I am not interested I am grilled with a follow up of "are you sure?" and then a spiel to try and get me to join their club and hand in my personal info. I actually got into an argument with one who told me that my phone number was required to checkout??? I don't think so. The prices are insanely expensive on most items, though they have a few select bargains to bait people into the store, not cheap enough to warrant me returning. I moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and don't plan on stepping inside a Walgreens again if I can help it. read more

Stopped in last night to get some cold/flu medicine. Picked up the Walgreens DayQuil/NyQuil combo pack on sale for $10.99. Easy to read and understand the sales tag on the shelf. Got to the register and picked up a pack of gum and a can of mints. Used my Walgreens balance reward card that is on my Key Ring app on my iPhone (so handy). Medicine rang up $11.99, I said that I was pretty sure it was 10.99 the cashier said no problem I will change that for you. Cashier was pleasant with a greeting when I entered and pleasant upon exiting with a "sir, I hope you feel better." read more
